About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and taken care of them through every age, from puppy to senior. I am experienced with senior dogs and understand their special needs and more than happy to help how I can. I work from home, so I’m always with your dog when I have them over. This also allows me to be flexible for potty breaks and walks. I am also able to visit them in your home if needed during lunch hours or any time after 4pm. Weekends I am completely free. Any pets at my place are free to roam as they please. They can even lay on my bed if that’s cozy for them. I do not have a yard, but my apartments do have an area outside for me to take them on potty breaks. Very receptive to any instructions you may have.

About: I grew up on a farm, so animals have been in my life as long as I can remember. Pets are my passion and caring for them is my purpose. I’m currently based in Nashville and will be relocating to the Owensboro/Utica area in December. Center because it backs right up to the complex and has great walking trails. His best friend’s name is Alfie who lives in the neighborhood and I take him a few days a week to my apartment and the little dog park here to play with Lakota. We also enjoy going to the Pitts Park dog park or Edwin Warner.

My husband and I have now raised our own puppy, Miles, from 9 weeks old, so we know the care and attention every pup deserves. We also are fortunate to have flexible routines and work from home full time so your pup gets all the care they need 24/7! We are also up to date on puppy training, can administer meds, and have both a paved walking trail and fenced backyard so your best friend gets a true home away from home with us! We work remote so I’m available for your pet with whatever they need! Typically, dogs will go out on walks and playtime 3-4 times a day to be sure their needs are met. I love caring for others dog like they are my own! I care deeply about your dogs safety and needs. Whether they like to cuddle on the couch or run and play, I’m happy to accommodate! And I have a fully fenced backyard and our own small fur baby who loves to play with other pups of all sizes!

About: Especially while I’m getting started, my biggest priority is giving each dog plenty of one-on-one attention. I’m not looking to have a house full of dogs — I’d rather really get to know each one, learn their personality and routine, and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for while they’re with me. I’ve always loved dogs and really enjoy being around them, whether that means going for walks, playing outside, hanging out on the couch, or just keeping them company throughout the day. I’m active, healthy, and happy to give dogs plenty of playtime and attention, but I’m also a homebody, so I’m around a lot and genuinely enjoy having a dog in the house with me. I want every dog staying with me to feel like they’re the priority — with lots of walks, backyard time, playtime, snuggles, and just hanging out together. I really like the idea of this feeling more personal and individual than a high-volume boarding situation. My schedule is very flexible, and I’m home the majority of the day. I’m an audio engineer and get to work with all kinds of cool music, but I’m very mindful of volume around animals — my home definitely isn’t a loud environment! I typically go to the gym Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings for about 2–3 hours. I also occasionally play hockey on Sunday or Monday evenings. On Saturdays I attend services at my Rabbi’s for around 2–3 hours, and occasionally there may be additional services for Jewish holidays. Most things I do outside the house only keep me away for a few hours, so I’m rarely gone for long stretches and can plan around the needs of the dogs staying with me. Otherwise, I’m honestly a big homebody and love spending time at home and outside in my fenced backyard. There’s plenty of room for dogs to stretch their legs, play, and hang out outside. I also enjoy walking around the neighborhood, and having a dog with me gives me an even better excuse to get outside. Between walks, backyard time, playtime, hanging around the house, and plenty of attention, having a dog here fits really naturally into my everyday life. I’m also happy to follow whatever feeding, potty, walking, and sleep routine your dog is already comfortable with. 🐾 I want dogs staying with me to feel like they’re hanging out at a second home rather than being “boarded.” They’ll be able to spend time with me around the house, relax, play, go for neighborhood walks, and enjoy plenty of supervised time in my secure fenced backyard. I’m happy to follow whatever routine your dog is already used to, including feeding times, potty breaks, walks, sleeping arrangements, crate routines, and any other preferences you have. I’ll always keep dogs leashed when we’re outside of my fenced yard, and I’d want to know ahead of time about any special behaviors, escape tendencies, anxieties, medications, or anything else that will help me keep them comfortable and safe. Especially while I’m getting started, I’d rather focus on giving a smaller number of dogs lots of individual attention than having a house full of dogs at once. I also think meeting beforehand whenever possible is a great way to make sure your dog is comfortable with me and that we’re a good fit. 🐾
