I’ve been taking care of all sorts of animals since I was 13. I used to volunteer at a humane society and now partake in “adopt a dog for a day” at our local shelter! It’s always such a great time and i’d love to give a hand to anyone who needs it with pet care.

I have lots of space for pups to run around and play. I also love walking through the woods/beach or going to the dog park with doggos. I am equipped with lots of treats and am ready to take on anything.

I made some assumptions on booking this and clearly those were wrong. I've sat on this review for a week, but ultimately feel like I need to post it. Olivia was hired to watch our puppy for three days and to house sit. We found out a couple of days before she started that he had kennel cough (turned out not to be kennel cough, but found out later). She came by the first day (later than agreed upon) and stayed for a bit and then left. Our camera said he was barking for at least two + hours. I texted and asked where she was and she said she would be back. She came back for maybe 15 minutes and then left him again. She texted me at 9pm when we were in Texas and said that she would be cancelling the reservation because he had kennel cough and because she didn't realize he needed so much care. Olivia mentioned that she was also watching other dogs and didn't want them to get kennel cough. This is all fair and I definitely did not want other dogs to get sick, however, I was clear when she came to visit that he had a lot of energy (he's a German short-haired pointer). I clearly made the incorrect assumption that someone who is house sitting would be sitting at the house most of the day. She was not. To be clear, Olivia then left my puppy without a sitter at 9pm on a Saturday night and we had 48 more hours of being gone. She said Rover would help and given the time of day, that did not happen. I frantically had to call people for over an hour to try and find someone to watch him. Olivia might be fine to let out a dog once a day, but I would not recommend leaving your dog in her care overnight or if they need more stimulation and to have people around all day.

Schedule
I’m currently working part time with a super flexible schedule and open to all sorts of activities! I do have transportation and can usually work my schedule around anything.
