I am very available weekends for visits, walks, and house-sitting. I am also available in the early morning and evenings during weekdays. I work weekdays with 8-5 hours. Just let me know in advance of the ideal schedule for you and your pet and we’ll work together to make sure they are cared for while you’re away!

A typical day
I would love nothing more than providing your pet with the stimulation, care, and attention that they need while their person is temporarily away! As needed, we can go for a walk in the neighborhood, take a trip to the park, or just play with toys at home. We’ll be fast human-pet friends in no time.

Pet care experience
I am known among friends and family as reliable, warm, empathetic, and responsible. I love caring for animals and during a booking, we spend the entire time with activity, enrichment, stimulation, back scratches, comfort, and care. From puppies to senior dogs, from dachshunds to pit bulls, from kittens to fluffy, athletic cats, I have loved my own dogs and cats and those of friends, family, and neighbors that I have cared for as my own. I also enjoy being active walking dogs and getting outside exercise! I also very much love my two cats, Nala and Buddy, and find joy meeting others kitties too!

Amanda was an absolute gem watching our 3 month old kitten, Evie, for the weekend! Her communication was fantastic, she sent updates (pictures and videos, too!) without us even having to ask, and always responded quickly whenever we checked in. She followed every instruction to a T and clearly paid close attention to all the little kitten-specific details we left for her (lol, there were a lot). She also stayed overnight the whole time, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Evie wasn't alone. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
This was our first time using Rover to watch our dogs. Amanda was great! She gave us lots of information on their report cards and lots of pictures. I was so thankful for all of the wonderful communication. I will not hesitate to use her again.
Amanda did a wonderful job caring for my new puppy, Maya. This was my first time leaving my puppy at home and was thinking about her all evening. Amanda sent me photos, a video, and sent me updates on how she was settling, which I loved and greatly appreciated! I would 100% reach out to her again and would highly recommend!
