About: Hi! I have been a pet sitter/walker for over 20 years. I have taken care of all sorts of animals from horses/farm animals, to dogs, cats and small cage pets! I am a part time nursing tutor who is able to have a very flexible schedule to meet the needs of your pet. For overnight stays, I am flexible because my tutoring is online. As a house/pet sitter, I ensure safety by doing a routine that the pet is used to. For example, if a dog is normally crated for bed time, I will crate the dog. If they are not, I will not. I make sure to listen to the pet parents to make sure the safest environment for myself and the pet.

She was respectful of our home, had an open channel for communication, followed care instructions well and provided regular updates during her stay at our house! She did a great job with our cat and dogs and especially our senior dog who had some tummy issues during the stay. Despite our dogs being difficult to walk at times and my senior pup needing some extra care and cleaning, Amber handled everything like a champ! I would be happy to book with her again!”

About: I had a dog for 17 years and a cat for 10. I love animals and since my dog passed, I would love to take care of other people's pets while I am grieving the loss of mine. My dog being a senior helped me learn how to administer different meds if your animal needs that. I work in education so I work from 7:30- 3:30 but come home for lunch everyday to check in and go out for a potty break. I have a friendly cat. I have a decent sized back yard with a dog chain. My neighborhood is also very walkable for physical activity.
