About: Hey I’m Sarah. I love animals and what their presence brings. In the past I worked at a dog daycare with several breeds of dogs, all shapes and sizes. I’m also on Wag with over 400 pet care services to date. I have a 2 cats at home, Pepper and Cookie Monster so for owners who have cats, no need to worry! I am a fulltime traveling music professional, but I also enjoy spending time with animals to help me be more physically active, and I believe that the way animals view the world can be beneficial and healing. I'm hoping I can apply their perspective to my writing. I'm looking forward to meeting your fur baby! I like to go on walks with dogs throughout various hours of the day from early morning to early evening when I’m not touring. I also can do drop ins and check on them for potty breaks and play! Overnights and sittings are also an option for those who are out of town. My schedule tends to be more free during the week, but sometimes I also do sittings. Open to holidays in normal days of fun with the fur babies! I try to approach new fur friends with a low calm tone of voice, a friendly demeanor, with mutual respect as I would treat any human. I see them as any other living thing on the planet that deserves equal kind treatment.

“Chantel was a fantastic sitter & we will 100% be using her again! She was great with walking our two pups in a busy neighborhood with other dogs even though one of our dogs is reactive, sent us pictures & videos, and left our home just as clean as when we left it. Highly recommend!”
“Verity was so amazing with our dogs. She gave them so much exercise and cuddles and provided me with photos every couple of hours! We have left our dogs with sitters in the past and never found a sitter we could feel comfortable using again until Verity! I could tell by the photos she sent that our dogs love her, too!”

“Jade was awesome with my boy! He is very picky, but he approved of Jade. She sent pictures daily with updates and I had no worries about his safety. This is the most comfortable I have been being away from him. Would definitely hire again.”

“Rorian was a huge help over the holidays with Ozzie and Oj. Provided updates daily without having to ask for updates. Gave me peace of mind knowing the crew was in good hands. Thanks!”

“Abigail did an amazing job taking care of our cat, Sunny. She was reliable, kind, and made sure he was happy and comfortable while we were away. We could tell she genuinely loves animals. We really appreciate the updates and photos she sent, which helped us feel at ease. Would definitely recommend!”

“Karissa is a fantastic and trustworthy dog-sitter and we would absolutely recommend her! She communicated really well, gave us daily updates and pictures, and it’s clear she took great care of our pup. She clearly has experience and she also has a calm and laid back personality which is great!”

About: Hi and welcome to my pet sitting page! I’ve grown up with dogs and love spending time with furry friends. I have a sweetheart of a boxer named Sally, who is 4 years old. I own my own home and have a huge fenced in yard. I can’t wait to meet your dogs and give them all the love and affection they are used to getting at home! I hope you consider me for all your pet sitting needs. I can handle an active dog, a couch potato, or a senior. I’m currently between jobs, so I’m very flexible to schedule. I’m open to pop in throughout the day or do full day visits or overnight visits. My dog Sally loves to romp around our large fenced in yard. I’d be happy to play with your dog in your yard or take them for walks around your neighborhood.

“We had a great experience with Deanna dog/house sitting for us over the past few days. She was responsive and communicative during the whole time we were gone, took good care of them and I knew our dogs were in good hands. Would definitely rebook.”

“Caroline was the best sitter we’ve ever had. Super attentive, trustworthy, and loved our dogs like they were her own. She kept us updated through the storm that came through while we were gone and took precautions for our house where needed. We have 5 dogs and we’re gone 11 days and I would trust her to do it again.”
“Maggie did an amazing job house/petsitting for a long weekend. My girls were obviously well-loved while I was away, and she even washed sheets and towels upon her departure. Highly recommend!”

Rachel Jackson pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sarah is a wonderful pet and house sitter! We had a one week trip scheduled, and with two senior dogs (one with separation anxiety) and two kittens, I preferred someone staying the whole time rather than drop-ins. Sarah was prompt in responding and able to meet right away. She was super sweet to my pups (who can be a bit much during first meetings 😅) and, of course, my kittens, asked great questions around them and general house stuff (mail, garbage, etc), and was completely fine with all the nuisances around their daily routines. During our trip she kept us updated and I could tell from the pictures that my pups were happy and content and the kittens got plenty of playtime. I didn't have to worry about them at all. I highly recommend her for your Rover pet needs, she is an absolute gem and will take great care of your little loves. This was my first time booking her, but it definitely won't be the last!

Alexis always takes amazing care of my pup, he loves playing with her and her dog Riley, they are the best of friends! She is courteous and respectful of my house and I always can travel worry free knowing my pup is in great hands until I come home. Highly recommend!
