She was able to come do a meet and greet at my home before hand and do a quick walk around of care instructions. She is super friendly, loves animals and takes such good care of them. She is super flexible and works around any needs with your pets and makes sure to send feedback and pictures of how your pets are doing throughout. She takes time to spend time with them and make sure they’re well and set. My cats had an accident and she was able to jump in and take care of it. She responds to texts quickly and proactively answers any questions, specially for this cat mamma that was so scared to leave her cats for a long time for the first time.
