About: Honestly, I don't think I've gone more than a few months of my life without a pet around. I grew up with dogs and have since lived with and looked after dobermans, beagles, doodles, pointers, and pitbulls, amongst others, so a big, strong, or stubborn dog doesn't throw me off, and neither does a nervous first-timer. I've also lived with cats for years, so I speak fluent "aloof but secretly obsessed with you." Along the way I've picked up a lot of the extra care stuff almost by accident: giving meds on a schedule, handling a dog with leash reactivity, sticking to a strict routine for an anxious pet, being patient with a senior pet who needs a little more help getting around. I'm not saying I've seen it all, but I've seen a lot, and I actually enjoy the pets who need a bit more thought and attention. They're usually the most rewarding ones to work with. I'm currently a full-time master's student, and don't currently have other part-time work, but I will communicate if that changes in the future. I do have evening classes that are online except for one. Otherwise, I'm available to spend time with your fur babies. I like sitting in your pet's own home when that's an option. It just tends to be less stressful for them than a strange new place. Every pet's a little different, so I'm not going in with a fixed routine; I'd rather figure out what actually works for your dog or cat and stick to that. If your pet needs meds, has a quirk, or gets nervous easily, that's not a dealbreaker for me, if anything, tell me more, because I want to get it right.

About: I have extensive hands-on experience, caring for dogs of all ages sizes and temperaments with over six dogs of my own throughout my adult life. These breeds include chowchow, pit-bull, golden-doodles, pugs, and dobermans so I’m comfortable handling everything from high energy dogs to more independent or strong willed personalities. My approach is to make your dog feel as at home as possible by sticking closely to their normal routine whether that’s feeding schedules walks, playtime or downtime. I pay close attention to each dog personality and need so they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. You can expect clear communication, reliability, and plenty of updates pictures videos, etc. so you always have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I primarily work from home and run my own business, and attend school online part-time, which gives me a high level of flexibility and availability throughout the day. This allows me to provide consistent attention, regular walk’s playtime and companionship without leaving pets alone for long periods of time. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m also able to accommodate a variety of needs, including early mornings evenings, weekends even last minute or Emergency pet care when needed. Whether your dog thrives or structure routine or needs more attention, I’m able to adapt and be fully present. This is heavily based off of the pet and or the clients needs for caring for pets in my home or clients home. My priorities always gonna make sure that pets feel safe and comfortable and their environment, and that they feel safe. Every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs so taking the time to learn their schedule, habits preferences, and our medication’s and every little detail will help help him feel at ease. My goal is to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible, while providing plain affection, attention, and supervision, just as my own dog in my home. I am mindful of every pet comfort level and temperament, and the surroundings, knowing that I am a guest in their home. For instance, my golden doodle has separation anxiety, and if I am not home, I know that keeping the TV on classical music on a low volume and keeping the curtains closed while he is in his large kennel, keeps him at ease from his anxiety. These are the types of steps and information that is required in good dog sitting and or care.
