Elyssa, though, was fantastic. At first contact, she set up a meet and greet to come meet us and Triton to make sure we were a good fit (which I appreciated a ton). It always makes me feel better meeting the person who will be taking care of my fur baby. She is great at communication and responds quickly with any updates. Triton got so much love and pets while we were gone and we were able to not worry of him while being gone. Wonderful, amazing, and compassionate. And that barely even scratches the surface of describing Madalyn. A part of me wants to leave a horrible review to keep her to myself, but that would be a disservice to the animals of our community. Madalyn took the best care of my animals which included a senior dog, an anxious puppy, and a defiant cat, and handled each unique personality with care. I will use her again and again and again.
Sarah is always reliable and this trip, even though she got extremely sick, she kept us in the loop and received support instead of leaving our very sick cat who needs a house sitter instead of just drop ins. It was very scary to be far away with no backups, but Sarah hung in there and took care of our baby despite how sick she was.
Brittany did outstanding ! We took a 9 day trip and Brittany touched base daily with texts, pictures and she was very sweet to my pups bc coming home they were so happy and well taken care of along with our home. If your looking for a trustworthy, loving , pet sitter whether it’s a trip out of town or just a drop in she very reliable .
Absolutely fabulous. Ali was such a find! She watched my house and corgi puppy for 12 days, and left my house in perfect condition. My neighbors all loved Ali, and my puppy especially was head-over-heels for her, was sad when she was finished. I really couldn’t be happier with Ali and the service she provided, I will definitely use her and Rover again.
