About: I've been surrounded and caring for animals big and small since I was 6. I hold a degree in Western Equestrian Sciences; have taken multiple courses in prevet sciences; and am currently a pet mom to one high maintenance pooch and 3 crazy cats. I'm experienced with babies and senior care. Rest assured your fur babies are in good hands with me. I currently work at an elementary school during the school year but have the summers off. During the months of June-September I can be readily available. During the school year, I work from 7:30 to 4pm but have lunch breaks that I can use to care for your furry friend. Most notably, I’ve been a consistent caretaker for two energetic black labs for the past 8 years. I’ve also cared for fish, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and a bearded dragon. Once I start my position, I’ll be working 8 hour days in Urbandale (if you’re close to that area I am more than willing to spend my lunch breaks with your pet). Once I’m back from work for the day I am ready to play! Coming home to an animal friend is one of the best feelings, and I want to give your pet all the love possible! I feel very comfortable being away from home. I love getting to help families keep their animal loved ones in a place they are familiar with. About: I have been a vet tech for 4 years and have had animals all my life, dogs, cats, horses, and pocket pets. Love them all. I work full time, but have longer lunch breaks so can usually make mid day, can have busy weekends but make time work as needed. I have a dog and two cats myself. About: I have been pet sitting since I was about 12 years old! I have pet sitted dogs, and cats! Each pet deserves as much attention and comfortablity when their owners/parents are away.
