“We booked Julia very last minute and she was such a blessing every step of the way. Julia was very easy to work with and our dog enjoyed his time with Julia. I mixed up my times and Julia was more than willing to assist me in my mix up. Julia sent great photos of our guy each time she stopped in. Highly recommend Julia and we will use her again for sure.”

“Bethany took fantastic care of our fur babies. From our initial communication to the meet n greet with the pets, to the check ins and pictures of our pups! She also made sure I knew exactly where she left our house key. We will definitely be booking her again when we need to go out of town!”

“Jordyn did drop-in visits to care for our kitty while we were away for the holidays. She kept us well-informed and made sure our cat was well taken care of! Highly recommend her to anyone needing a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Brittany was extremely helpful with my two large dogs. She agreed to help me out at the last minute with drop in visits, and dog walking. She was able to walk my young, rambunctious dog as well as my older Shepherd. She followed directions very well, and was pleasant and patient. She is also capable of handling somewhat reactive dogs. I will be happy to use her again, to care for my furry kids.”

“Shontaeia was amazing!! My two Newfoundlands took to her right away and didn’t mind when I left at all! It was a great peace of mind to have Tay there to keep an eye on my pet babies. Thank you so much Shontaeia! We will definitely book with you again!!”

“Maddie is a wonderful pet sitter and put me at ease right away that my pets would be well cared for! She was very communicative with how each of my pets were morning and night, not to mention the cute photos of each of them as well! I was able to fully enjoy my vacation knowing they were 100% well cared for and given lots of love ❤️ when I arrived home my pets were happy, healthy, and acted as if I hadn’t left on vacation they were so comfortable! I couldn’t recommend her enough, I will absolutely be booking with her again soon! Not to mention she is very flexible with her schedule and always willing to work with you and your pets needs (:”

“Thank you so much! My flight was cancelled due to lightning storms and I ended up getting home the next morning, about 12 hours later than planned—knowing that Emma had just come by and checked on the cats was one less thing I had to stress about while rebooking and finding a hotel. 😻”

Let’s connect and find a way my services can fit with your schedule! My pets are well taken care of. They get plenty of time outside to get their energy out and receive lots of attention to make sure they’re happy and healthy. When housesitting other pets, I’m able to follow their daily schedules so that their needs are met as well.
About: I have had a dog ever since I can remember and I am 69 yrs old. I have TIME and am reliable, because I am retired. I made sure my kids grew up with a dog and now they have my grand dogs which I love to babysit. I lost my last dog (he was 14) in 2018 and I knew I was going to retire (and travel) in 2021 so now I have my grand dogs and all my friends dogs to babysit and get my fix. I also have volunteered for Rescue4All rescue since I retired. I have a medium sized doggie door out to a wonderful patio and yard fully fenced with 6 ft high vinyl fence. I love dogs so much. They are just the most loving, gentle, and FUN animals put on this earth. I am a walker, so all dogs that stay at my house get walked everyday, with a ton of love and affection. I am going to start Rover on Jan. 2026!!!! I am retired, so I would love to walk your dogs during the day for you. (I am a daily walker anyway :) so why not?) If they stay with me, my home is perfect with a fenced yard, medium sized doggie door (but I do love and will have larger dogs too) and they will get a lot of love and attention. While I prefer crate trained dogs, it does not mean they would be in their crate during the day unless you say it is needed if I leave the house. If not crate trained I would be okay if they are a very well trained dog :) My home is just me, so dogs will get that one on one attention. I am retired so I can accommodate any feeding/walking schedules that are needed.

“Meredith always goes above and beyond with my little beastie. It's not anyone you trust to let your cat outside for fresh air, AND then get her back inside within 30 minutes. The GOAT.”

Lincoln Heights pet parents share their Rover experiences
Elyse was a great match for me kitty Billi. Billi was a bit skittish at first, but it's clear Elyse had worked with cats before and was very patient. I got photos of a happy kitty playing and content to be cared for. I came home to a clean house and everything was neat and tidy.

One of our corgis was abused in the past, so she is scared of most people. We appreciate your patience with Sky and making sure she ate! Both dogs were happy and the backyard was well maintained poo-wise. Great communication and updates! Definitely recommend Brittany:)
Shontaeia gave us so much peace of mind with the care she provided to our senior cat! Our cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and has been on a new medication, and Shontaeia was attentive to this and extremely reliable in administering the right dose at the right time for this and a separate med. And photos and report with each drop-in visit! We came home to a happy cat!
