About: Hey! My name is Lauren and I would be honored to take care of your pup. I've always had a passion for animals and have worked with animals professionally (mostly dogs) my entire adult life. In the last 12 years, I have gained experience via working & volunteering at local shelters, boarding facilities and dog training. I am comfortable and knowledgeable when it comes to the care of pets, and have experience in the areas of: reading dog body language, performing basic body checks and basic first aid care to most animals, giving any supplements or medications requested by owner, walking/working with reactive dogs and caring for grumpy cats. :) I also have experience with chickens, pigs, sugar gliders, rats, and other animals. I am available 24 hours, every day of the week to care for your babies. I am more than happy to accommodate regular routines that pets are used to at home. If I am caring for your pets in your home, I will follow any directions that are left and communicate effectively about care. I will treat them like my own. If your pet(s) will be staying at my home, they will be amongst 4 of our personal dogs, but can be separated in the house and yard if needed. We have 4 female dogs that are all friendly and neutral with other pups. The dogs can mingle with ours while they stay, or we can keep them apart in different areas of our house. I will be available all day to spend time with your animals while they are here. Daily updates and pictures are always a priority for me!
