About: I’ve been fostering pets for SCRAPs for the past two years, but having those little squirts living at my house 2-3 weeks at a time was getting to be a bit much! I’m mostly interested in doing this so I can have more dog time with a little less responsibility, haha! My forever babies are a black cat named Jet and a border collie named Zo, both rescues. The kitten will pretty much stay out of the way of the dogs (she thinks she’s too good...hah!) but my dog is the friendliest girl. She’s high energy, so I’m quite used to long walks and games of fetch. If your dog seems tireless, I have plenty of experience there! If you have any questions, please let me know!

About: We have dogs, snakes, and at rehabilitating a baby squirrel! We have kept many different pets for the past 10 years and love caring for all animals! Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. Any instructions will be religiously followed. I am getting my masters in behavior analysis so I am ALWAYS aware of the dynamics of our animals and animal guests!

About: I owned and operated my own dog boarding and hiking business from 2017-2025 called Happy Tails On Trails, caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. About: I've always had dogs in my family, including several rescue dogs which has been super rewarding. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to retire early but we are both very active. I wanted to spend my time doing something productive that I love and caring for dogs is the perfect fit! I believe that every dog deserves to be valued and loved. I limit the dogs I board to a maximum of 5 dogs at a time in order to ensure that each dog will get proper care and attention (with the exception of over holidays when I will book up to 10 dogs) I don't work outside of the home. If I need to run an errand or go shopping, my husband is typically home to care for them. Dogs are rarely left alone, but if they are, it is for no longer than 2 to 3 hours. When the weather is nice, we keep the sliding door open so that the dogs can hang out indoor or outdoors, wherever they feel most comfortable. During the colder months we let the dogs out every two to four hours. We don't crate dogs unless that's what they're used to. We allow dogs on our furniture and in our bed. Dog sitting is my full time profession. I do not work outside the home and I'm available to board dogs 7 days a week 24 hours a day! My yard is fully fenced and dog proof. I have a friendly Chihuahua mix named Rudy who loves to hang out and play with other dogs.

She requires a lot of care and they did an excellent job even wrapping her foot really well and keeping it protected. “We dropped off Ziggy for the weekend after a visit to the vet where we left with four medications, a cone and a bloody paw. Philip didn't flinch. (He was two minutes from where I was visiting my mom, so we could have been there if anything had come up.) We didn't get a lot of updates, but we came back to a dog who seemed happy, and better yet, hadn't been chewing on his paw. Highly recommend.”
“Taylor was amazing! We have multiple pups that were in her care for a few weeks. We got daily pictures, messages, and she cared for the dogs so well. We have two older dogs and a puppy and they were each cared for by their needs. They were wiped out when it was time to come home! The dogs seemed so happy with her and also enjoyed the company of the other pups there. We will certainly use Taylor again and appreciate her care to our dogs. Leaving them can be hard but it’s a bit easier when you know they’re in good hands. :)”
