About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was old enough to fill a water bowl! Growing up, my mom was always rescuing animals, so I had the privilege of learning how to care for pets of all kinds. Whether it was helping with medications, being gentle with nervous rescues, or lending a hand in training, I developed a lifelong love for animals—and a knack for making them feel safe, loved, and happy. These days, I’m the go-to pet sitter for my family’s pack of five dogs, and I also care for my neighbors’ Mastiff, Golden Retriever, and their four playful cats, including a majestic Maine Coon. Sometimes, I watch their pets for longer, extended periods while they’re traveling. The dogs love hanging out at my house, where they can play in the big backyard or lounge on the couch with my toddler. The cats prefer to stay home, and I always enjoy visiting them, playing, and making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well-fed. As a full-time stay-at-home mom, my daily routine is all about balancing the needs of my toddler, my cat, and the pets I care for. I’ve always made sure that pet care is an integral part of my day—whether it’s taking the dogs for a walk, playing fetch in the yard, or simply snuggling with them during quieter moments at home. Having pets is something I truly enjoy, and I’ve found a natural flow in caring for them while managing my responsibilities at home. My toddler loves spending time with the pets, so there’s always a little playtime or pet cuddles built into our day. For dogs, walks and playtime in the yard are easy to incorporate into our routine, and I make sure that I have time set aside for them, as well as for feeding and any other specific care needs. With my cat, I’ve got feeding and playtime down to a routine that works for us all. This flexibility allows me to provide great care for your pets while maintaining a balance with my family life! When pets are in my care, I focus on creating a comfortable, safe, and enriching environment that fits their needs. In my home: For dogs, I make sure they get plenty of playtime in our big backyard, whether it’s a game of fetch, running around, or simply enjoying some outdoor time. If your dog prefers indoor relaxation, they’re welcome to hang out with my toddler on the couch or snuggle up. I can also take them for individual walks to give them some fresh air and exercise. For cats, I provide cozy spots, cat condos, and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. I love using catnip or interactive toys to engage them, and I make sure they have a quiet, comfortable space to relax in if they need some downtime. In your home: If your pet is more comfortable in their own space, I’ll follow your pet’s routine and provide the care they’re used to—whether that’s feeding, administering medication, or simply hanging out with them for company. I’ll take extra care to keep them in a familiar environment so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. Whether it's in my home or yours, I always tailor my care to fit each pet’s personality and needs, ensuring they’re happy, healthy, and loved during their time with me! For cats, we have fun with cat condos, toys, and catnip to keep them entertained and relaxed. I make sure they have quiet spaces, plenty of enrichment, and, of course, lots of treats and affection (if they’re in the mood!). Whether your pets are romping in the yard, relaxing on the couch, or hanging out with my toddler, I do my best to create a warm, safe, and happy environment.

About: I have had large breed dogs and cats for 20+ years. And had parakeets as a child. Currently have 3 Rottweilers and multiple cats. Have taken a few pets to training so I know the basics to teach your dog sit and stay if they cooperate. I WFH M-F. Due to work schedule I'd prefer drop off between 6-8:30 AM and pick up after 2 unless pre scheduled. Dogs can go in and out when needed unless I am busy but the wait would be 30 minutes max. Have a catio for cats. I have a fenced back yard and 3 friendly Rottweilers except my eldest dog doesn’t like full grown GSD. my cats are dog tolerant if the dogs are cat tolerant. About: I feel incredibly lucky to work from home, which gives me plenty of time to love on and care for your fur baby🩷 When they’re here, our home is their home. I know how it feels to worry about your little one when they’re not with you. My hope is that you feel completely at ease knowing they’re safe, cozy, and genuinely loved while you’re away. A little about me: I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by animals. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, horses, cows, pigs, goats, ducks, geese… you name it! I’ve always believed animals aren’t “just pets.” They’re family. They deserve to be treated with love, respect, and intentional care. Before this, I worked for years as a nanny, first through an agency and then for a sweet family with twin infants I helped raise. That family had pets too, and I loved them like they were my own pets. Whether it’s kids or animals, caring for living things is my heartbeat. Some people say, “It’s just a dog.” But in our home, we say, “They’re part of the family.” I know firsthand the deep bond we have with our pets. My childhood soul dog passed at seventeen, and I still carry his memory with me everyday. My husband and I recently welcomed a new pup into our life, and we feel so incredibly bonded to him. He’s for sure our fur-son (I know… we’re those kind of dog people lol)! 🐾 & I don’t trust just anyone with him… and I don’t take your trust lightly either. Why my rates are set the way they are: I pour ALOT of love into what I offer. Dogs in my care are never left unsupervised EVER. Not in the yard, or in the house, or even when I have to briefly step out of the house (indoor cameras). They’ll get TONS of human interaction all throughout the day, multiple walks, and the option for dog park adventures if that’s something you’re comfortable with as well. I try to keep their day as fun, loving, and adventurous as possible so they’re fulfilled by the end of the day. It’s all about meeting their needs. They’ll nap on the couch (or most anywhere they prefer), get endless cuddles from my husband and I, and at night, sleep just feet away from me so I can hear them if they need anything. I even have indoor cameras on for extra peace of mind if I need to step out for a quick errand. I also LOVE sending updates and photos as often as you’d like. I know I’d want the same if it were my dog. 💕 I just love documenting their day and reassuring you that your baby is happy, healthy, and doing great. Communication is key! I pour a lot of heart into what I do, and I price my services to reflect the level of care your dog will receive. It will basically be a super fun vacation for your dog, tailored to their needs! It means the world to me to be trusted with your pup. If you have any questions, I’d love to chat more and hear about your furry family member. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which means I get to play with, walk, and love on your fur babies all throughout the day. On weekdays, I’m typically only away from the house for an hour or less at a time. The only times I’m gone for more than an hour are Saturday and Sunday afternoons and Tuesday evenings, usually for about two hours. Even then, I always come home between errands on the weekends to make sure any pets staying with me are let out for potty breaks, fed, and given a little love and attention before I head back out. That said, I do have a few important house rules, so please keep reading if you’re considering booking with me. All cupboards in my home are secured so curious pups can’t get into anything they shouldn’t. You also won’t find any toxic or synthetic cleaners, body care products, or fragrances here—we try to live as naturally as possible. Chewable or potentially hazardous items are always kept up and out of reach. Dogs have full access to our cozy main floor and fenced backyard, but the basement is closed off at all times for safety. The backyard is secure, and pups get to enjoy supervised outdoor time throughout the day. I’m also very comfortable with special dietary needs, as my own dog eats a special, home-cooked diet. Your fur baby is welcome to snooze on the furniture during the day and will be treated with the same love and care I give my own. I do require crate sleeping overnight, as that’s what my dog is used to as well. Crates are also used if I need to step out briefly to make sure everyone stays safe and calm while I’m away. Your pet’s physical and emotional safety is my absolute top priority. They’ll also have a sweet companion here: my 11-pound mini schnauzer, who is pure sunshine. He loves everyone and is always excited to play with new friends. I typically go on a 45 min-1 hr walk each day, and your pup is more than welcome to join us, weather permitting. Dog park play is also an option if you are comfortable with that! Overall, there’s a whole lot of snuggles, playtime, naps, love, and fresh air happening here every day.

About: I've owned and cared for dogs and other animals my whole life. More recently in the past five years or so, I've dog sat for 10+ friends for extended stays without a hitch, ranging from three very yappy adult chihuahuas to inexperienced puppies of all sizes. I've also been responsible for looking after a whole farm's worth of animals, including chickens, alpaca, goats, donkeys, and more. I think my greatest assets as a sitter are my empathy for the animals while staying calmly in control. I work full-time from home, so my schedule is plenty flexible to give lots of love and several walks or dog park trips a day. Some week nights are available as well as weekends, dependent on other scheduling conflicts. I have a fenced yard with two pups and two cats (who mostly keep to themselves) to keep them company. I also have close access to the centennial trail for walks as well as a few local dog parks. I have crates available for your dog if needed as well.

I've taken care of everything from a chameleon to horses, to snakes, and turtles, cats and even my close friend's 150lb Anatolian shepherd. I have a beautiful studio apartment across the street from the Falls; taking dogs on my two daily walks wouldn't be a problem at all! There's also a designated dog lawn area as part of the complex and I do have a balcony if your doggo would like to get some fresh air. I'm home most of the time studying. Let's make something work! Upon our initial Meet and Greet, I’m sure Emily must have thought I was a complete basket case and in over my head with two Dalmatians, (one of which is an "Anxious Annie" with behavioral “quirks”) and a VERY curious 2-year-old in toe. Emily approached my chaos with nothing but complete ease and confidence. She exudes patients, understanding, is completely competent, accommodating, and willing to make recommendations based on experience. One of my dogs is extremely high maintenance and the complete definition of everything people shy away from when it comes to Dalmatians. Upon meeting Emily, I was seriously considering rehoming him. After a month and half with Emily and implementing Emily's suggestions I have seen progress and have gained understanding which has helped my work with him. I can finally take an enjoyable walk around my neighborhood and equipped to manage stressful situations because Emily has taken the time to "train" me as well. That is just the beginning. There just is not enough space in the box for me to ramble on about how much I appreciate Emily and quite literally her Family and her animals as they have all adjusted their days when my two crazies are with them. Not only does Emily care for my fur babies as if they were her own, but her Husband and adorable boys do as well. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that they are taken care of and I pick up happy pups at the end of the day. I highly recommend Emily and I am so happy I found her!!!”
