My dog can be a little shy with new people and took some time to warm up during the meet and greet and the first visit. She stayed in her crate for about 15 minutes at first, but Sara was patient and kind, and eventually was able to coax her out for a potty break. After that initial visit, everything went smoothly. It was clear Sara respected her pace and made her feel safe. I felt completely confident in my dog’s safety and comfort while I was gone, and I really hope Sara will be available again in the future. Highly recommend!”
