I am new to Rover but with two years of dog grooming experience i have learned how to handle dogs with different personalities, sizes, and needs all while keeping their safety a top priority! I have two of my own- A high energy Shepard/Border Collie & A Basset hound puppy, so I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your pets and I’ll treat them with the same kindness and love i would want for my own. I offer 30+ minute dog walks and drop-in visits, whether your pup needs exercise and playtime or just potty breaks and attention while you’re away. They do go in a crate for safety when I leave the house or at night when I sleep. Your dog will be treated like part of the family here.

About: As someone who isn’t quite ready to adopt multiple pets, I feel an obligation to offer my services to the community. I’m confident that my love for animals and strong desire to help out will allow me to provide care that is above and beyond for any pet. I just moved to Spokane and I’m looking for any and all jobs. I love being active and getting to know animals so I figured I would try my luck with Rover first. I am currently available 24/7 for pet care! I enjoy taking long walks or runs and I can go at anytime of the day, although in the mornings or in afternoons is preferred. I am more than willing to cater to your pets needs, whatever they may be.

About: I’m patient, caring, dependable, reliable and take my dog out on walks every day. I work from home so I will be with your beloved pet at all times. I work from home and have one dog who I walk daily. Most of my time is spent with my dog and if your dog stays with us, they will be with us all day. I do live in an apartment, however, I am active and attentive so I can provide a lot of activity outdoors or spend time with your dog indoors if that’s what they prefer.

About: I’ve had my dog for over 6 years and he’s such a happy dog! I will always make sure your pet feels just as loved as if it were my own! I am currently a junior at Gonzaga University and I am always active. I have class mostly in the morning so after those I have no plans until volleyball practice which is for the club team at school which I love. I want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I’ll follow their normal routine and any specific instructions from their owner, and I’ll always be respectful of their home and space.

While we were gone, she was an excellent communicator, and let us know what was happening during her visits and what our dog needed. While our dog had some anxiety issues that cropped up, she was so incredibly kind to him, gave him treats, and did everything right during her visits to have the best experience for our boy.”

About: I’ve been fostering pets for SCRAPs for the past two years, but having those little squirts living at my house 2-3 weeks at a time was getting to be a bit much! I’m mostly interested in doing this so I can have more dog time with a little less responsibility, haha! My forever babies are a black cat named Jet and a border collie named Zo, both rescues. The kitten will pretty much stay out of the way of the dogs (she thinks she’s too good...hah!) but my dog is the friendliest girl. She’s high energy, so I’m quite used to long walks and games of fetch. If your dog seems tireless, I have plenty of experience there! If you have any questions, please let me know!

About: I have been petsitting for family for a long time but more so in the past 4 years. I have petsat many different kinds of animals ranging from birds to even rats and gerbils, I love them all! I am most experienced with dogs however. I have dogsat 3 big, high-energy retrievers at once, but i have also dogsat a senior dog with a challenging chronic illness. I’m very good at following directions and am a quick learner! I’m available now until the end of August to petsit before I go back to nursing school at Gonzaga! I take a couple shifts (part-time) at a kids indoor playground cafe. But I should have lots of downtime to hangout with you furry friend(s) in between!! I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I would my own. With over 4 years of petsitting experience, I prioritize your pet’s safety by following your routines closely, keeping doors, gates, and leashes secure. And of course making sure they have what they need in terms of food exercise and plenty of affection! I’m always paying close attention to each pet’s behavior so I can quickly notice any concerns and keep you updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.

About: I'm an energetic playmate, I love going for long walks, I've helped train 2 service dogs, people have asked me to pet sit before, and I always make sure to pick up after every pet. I just graduated highschool, so my schedule is open to come and take your furry friend for a walk or hang out for a while. I'm available for dog walking and drop ins from 11 am - 3 pm Monday to Friday as of right now. I have lots of energy and don't mind taking your pooch for a long walk or playing with them for a while. When the heat becomes too much, I have a water bottle and bowl to keep your fur baby hydrated. And before anything else, I like to ensure I know all of your fuzzy friend's special needs.

She sent me detailed updates and pictures everyday, and both my kitties loved their time with her. She even gave them outside time every day which they LOVED!
