About: I had my own dog growing up that I was responsible for. Since moving out from my parent's home, I've cared for other family and friends dogs. I'm a new momma and looking to get myself out of the house, taking my little ones on adventures. I love walking and love dogs, and want my kids to be comfortable around dogs (we have no pets of our own right now). Since beginning this endeavor, it has helped both my kids to love dogs as well. About: I have had a dog ever since I can remember and I am 69 yrs old. I have TIME and am reliable, because I am retired. I made sure my kids grew up with a dog and now they have my grand dogs which I love to babysit. I lost my last dog (he was 14) in 2018 and I knew I was going to retire (and travel) in 2021 so now I have my grand dogs and all my friends dogs to babysit and get my fix. I also have volunteered for Path of Hope rescue since I retired. I have a medium sized doggie door out to a wonderful patio and yard fully fenced with 6 ft high vinyl fence. I love dogs so much. They are just the most loving, gentle, and FUN animals put on this earth. I am a walker, so all dogs that stay at my house get walked everyday, with a ton of love and affection. I am going to start Rover on Jan. 2026!!!! I am retired, so I would love to walk your dogs during the day for you. (I am a daily walker anyway :) so why not?) If they stay with me, my home is perfect with a fenced yard, medium sized doggie door (but I do love and will have larger dogs too) and they will get a lot of love and attention. While I prefer crate trained dogs, it does not mean they would be in their crate during the day unless you say it is needed if I leave the house. If not crate trained I would be okay if they are a very well trained dog :) My home is just me, so dogs will get that one on one attention. I am retired so I can accommodate any feeding/walking schedules that are needed.

About: We are a loving, caring, responsible and reliable family who would love the opportunity to help you with your fur babies. Friends, family, and neighbors have entrusted their dogs (and children as I have nannied for two families full-time and babysat for countless families) to us and we would love to do that for you too. We know how hard it can be to leave a dog but look forward to the opportunity to make you and your dog feel at ease. We live walking distance to two parks and love taking walks. We have a fenced backyard with a sweet neighbor dog just over our shared fence to keep your pup company. A little about our little family: If you were to be a fly on the wall of our lives, you would find my oldest painting, coloring, playing "dog and baby," swinging on the swing, or playing with the water table. You would find my youngest in a wrap, giggling at her sister, cuddled up on the couch, or alert in the stroller as she discovers the world around her. You would find me prepping food, doing laundry, getting outdoors, and creating warmth in our home with my sweet husband.
