About: I have had a dog ever since I can remember and I am 69 yrs old. I have TIME and am reliable, because I am retired. I made sure my kids grew up with a dog and now they have my grand dogs which I love to babysit. I lost my last dog (he was 14) in 2018 and I knew I was going to retire (and travel) in 2021 so now I have my grand dogs and all my friends dogs to babysit and get my fix. I also have volunteered for Path of Hope rescue since I retired. I have a medium sized doggie door out to a wonderful patio and yard fully fenced with 6 ft high vinyl fence. I love dogs so much. They are just the most loving, gentle, and FUN animals put on this earth. I am a walker, so all dogs that stay at my house get walked everyday, with a ton of love and affection. I am going to start Rover on Jan. 2026!!!! I am retired, so I would love to walk your dogs during the day for you. (I am a daily walker anyway :) so why not?) If they stay with me, my home is perfect with a fenced yard, medium sized doggie door (but I do love and will have larger dogs too) and they will get a lot of love and attention. While I prefer crate trained dogs, it does not mean they would be in their crate during the day unless you say it is needed if I leave the house. If not crate trained I would be okay if they are a very well trained dog :) My home is just me, so dogs will get that one on one attention. I am retired so I can accommodate any feeding/walking schedules that are needed.

She took care of my pup Piper during the day for a few days while I was in town to watch a volleyball tournament, and I couldn't be happier with how it worked out. I really appreciated the status update text messages that Sarah sent from time to time, and it was abundantly clear from the pics she shared that Piper was totally comfortable and really enjoying her time there. Also -- a big shout out to Sarah's pup, Sully, for sharing his home and his mom with Piper for a few days! He was a great host and he & Piper got along very well. I would hire Sarah again in a heartbeat if/when we visit Spokane again!”

About: I have experience in dogs when it comes to what they can and can't eat. I have experience when it comes to medicine And a lots more. I know to be cautious around other dogs and people. I know not to let them chew on things they shouldn't chew on. I know not to let the eat things off the ground. I know to let them warm up to you first so they aren't scared of you or aggressive to you. I know that they gotta go outside very often so they can use the restroom and play and run off some energy I also know that dogs love toys to play with and even when we play with them and show them love and attention.

About: I’ve been involved in taking care of animals as a veterinary assistant for almost 10 years. I am not only comfortable caring for dogs and cats, but exotic pets as well. I live in a house with a fenced back yard. There are plenty of places to take your pet for a walk around my house or they can relax on my couch like royalty- whichever suits them best. I will follow owner instructions carefully and make sure your pet has the best stay with me! If I’m checking in on them or going for a walk I’ll be sure to keep it exciting and stimulating so they come home dog tired. I am confident with all types of animals and look forward to caring for yours. Pet care is my full time job! I take caring for everyone’s animals and their emotional wellbeing very seriously. I do have kids ages 8 and 4 so I am balancing motherhood/working but it is something I am passionate about. I have a fully fenced back yard and kennels if needed for more security. As a vet assistant for 10 years I am also well versed in emergency aid as well as precautions to take when walking an animal. About: We have dogs, snakes, and a bunny. We have kept exotic pets for the past 10 years and love caring for all animals! Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. Any instructions will be religiously followed. I am getting my masters in behavior analysis so I am ALWAYS aware of the dynamics of our animals and animal guests!

About: I had my own dog growing up that I was responsible for. Since moving out from my parent's home, I've cared for other family and friends dogs. I'm a new momma and looking to get myself out of the house, taking my little ones on adventures. I love walking and love dogs, and want my kids to be comfortable around dogs Since beginning this endeavor, it has helped both my kids to love dogs as well. We began a new adventure of dog fostering and are in the process of adopting him, so if needing boarding, it is important for a meet and greet to make sure the dogs get along. I would need to use your supplies-dog toys, treats, leashes, etc. But your dog would get their exercise/play time done during the day with me.
