About: I've had dogs my whole life and have taken many obedience classes through the years. I understand and can entertain different personalities. I will carry over all your rules or lack thereof, depending on your wishes. Chester and I look forward to meeting your four-legged family member! Also, I adore senior dogs; they are the 'bestest' dogs and I frequently tell them so. My sweet Wilson (the black dog in some of my pics) passed away recently at the age of 13 and I miss him SO much but it makes me happy to remember our connection and know that he lived a great life ♥️ I'm an artist and work at home, so I am here almost all the time and can cater to the needs/wants of the dogs. Your dog will have the run of the house with Chester at all times, including if I go on an errand, etc. I'm also always happy to work with your dog's norm and training, I am on the South Hill, about 8 minutes from downtown and the freeway, very convenient and easy to find. Also will send you pics and updates while your dog is here :) We have a secure, fenced yard which the dogs have the run of. Two doggie doors - one to the house and one to my backyard art studio - allows the dogs to be where they want to be. If your dog is unfamiliar with - or not great - at pet doors, no worries, I am happy to let them in and out the old-fashioned way! I welcome the opportunity for you and your pet to meet us before your dog's vacation begins! At this time you can also provide me with details of your pet's personality, schedule, and special needs. This also gives your dog the chance to get acquainted with the surroundings and give their stamp of approval. For first timers, I require this (at no cost of course).

About: I have two, very well behaved dogs that don’t need collars or leashes because they have been trained well. This is done by talking to them like people and not rewarding them with treats. My dogs get all the meaty bones from the butcher for their treats. Waking up at 6 and feeding the dogs by 7, work till 3:30, home to let pets outside, weather depending, a nice walk around the neighborhood or disc golf. They will get all the play time with Milo and Jezebel, we can't stop playing some days. I care for my two dogs like any other pet owner does. By allowing couch snuggles, bed snuggles, walking them, playing disc golf, and swimming!

About: I have had a dog ever since I can remember and I am 69 yrs old. I have TIME and am reliable, because I am retired. I made sure my kids grew up with a dog and now they have my grand dogs which I love to babysit. I lost my last dog (he was 14) in 2018 and I knew I was going to retire (and travel) in 2021 so now I have my grand dogs and all my friends dogs to babysit and get my fix. I also have volunteered for Rescue4All rescue since I retired. I have a medium sized doggie door out to a wonderful patio and yard fully fenced with 6 ft high vinyl fence. I love dogs so much. They are just the most loving, gentle, and FUN animals put on this earth. I am a walker, so all dogs that stay at my house get walked everyday, with a ton of love and affection. I am going to start Rover on Jan. 2026!!!! I am retired, so I would love to walk your dogs during the day for you. (I am a daily walker anyway :) so why not?) If they stay with me, my home is perfect with a fenced yard, medium sized doggie door (but I do love and will have larger dogs too) and they will get a lot of love and attention. While I prefer crate trained dogs, it does not mean they would be in their crate during the day unless you say it is needed if I leave the house. If not crate trained I would be okay if they are a very well trained dog :) My home is just me, so dogs will get that one on one attention. I am retired so I can accommodate any feeding/walking schedules that are needed.

About: My whole life, I've had pets, and I can't imagine a life without them ❤️. I care for my friends and family members pets when they're away or have long work hours. I work from home full-time. My work schedule is open and allows me the ability to snuggle and play with your fur-baby throughout the day. I live just a few blocks away from a park and love to go on walks there. Any fur baby staying with me is allowed on the furniture and bed. Your baby will be on a leash at all times when outside for safety.

“Donald has been amazing with my little man, Dusty. From the start Donald was very thorough, telling me what a typical day in his care looked like and about the other dogs my baby would meet. I work very early in the AM and Donald was very willing to accommodate that schedule. My little guy loves going there and I will continue to put him In Donald's care.
