She was very positive and great communicating both before and during Rocky's stay. We received daily updates, both stories of his antics, or pic's of him just relaxing with the family. Clearly, they made him feel welcome. At one point during our trip, Patricia even helped us out with a minor emergency house visit. You know you've found a great pet sitter when you see an attachment has formed when you pick up your pet. We will definitely ask Patricia to care for Rocky again. Highly recommend!”
