She was very responsive, very friendly, and truly cared about taking good care of my dogs. She sent pictures and kept me informed how things were going. Top notch service!
Lousie is our favorite sitter. She’s the only sitter where my cocker spaniel runs to her door with a wagging tail at drop off. He is a velcro dog and Louise gives him all the cuddles and love that he desires. We’ve used her for short stays and extended stays, and I’ve never worried about Rose’s well-being. She was also very understanding and accomodating when we had a family emergency happen on vacation. I highly recommend her as a sitter. It’s like dropping off your kids at grandmas place, your puppy will be spoiled and loved on.
David and Taylor have cared for our young doggo many times in their home. They give her so much attention and truly enjoy caring for her. Recently, our dog surprised us all and unexpectedly went into heat while with David and Taylor. They took it all in stride and were so sweet and accommodating during a challenging time! We cannot thank them enough and we highly recommend their loving care and safe home. Our dog adores David and Taylor!
TEN STARS!!! (Can we do that?) 'Don’t worry, be happy' was the vibe from the moment we handed our very beloved and a little spoiled dog to Michelle, and then left quickly to catch our flight for a week away. What a gift! This was our second boarding with Michelle and she is always so welcoming to our dog and to us. She has a very calm presence and is very knowledgeable about dog issues. We so appreciated the time and energy she put into sending us daily updates and pictures of how it was going. Those updates continued to keep our worries in check and reassured us that we made the right choice with Michelle and her family to care for our dog. Plus, we loved showing our friends and family what our goofy boi was doing on his vacay! Our dog is considered a senior and he has a few quirks, and taken together those issues need a little extra attention. Michelle handled these extra concerns expertly and with no complaints. Michelle, her family, and their home is exactly what we needed. We were so relieved and thankful, and as you can tell I can’t sing Michelle’s praise enough.
Sierra and Sheldon were ideal dog sitters while I was away for a week on a trip. They asked all the right questions in preparation for caring for Luna, sent great updates during her stay, and were able to accommodate her staying an extra night when I had airline difficulties getting back. I will definitely try to use them again.
