About: I started taking care of neighbors' and friends' dogs, cats, fish, hamsters and birds when I was 14 years old. I love animals and wildlife of all kinds. I have been a cat and dog mom for 28 years and have had 2 leash and dog-reactive dogs (strong, 60 pound+ mutt and pit bull) so I am experienced in dealing with these situations. I have strong situational awareness with my head on a swivel when walking dogs. My senior kitty required specialized medical care at the end of her life with daily prescription medication and subcutaneous fluids. I have volunteered as a dog walker and cat snuggler at Friends of Homeless Animals rescue. I have been a social worker for 30 years and am nearing retirement from full-time employment. I would love to use my love of animals to continue working as a pet-sitter and dog walker. I am very organized, detail-oriented and will care for your pet as I care for my own. I would love to meet you and your pets to see how I can be of service. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday but am retiring at the end of September. My weekends are currently free. I have some flexibility in my weekday schedule so I may be available on a case-by-case basis for weekday dog walks that are in western Loudoun County and within a 10 minute drive of my home. I will care for your pet in your home so that they will be the most comfortable. I am available for overnight stays to keep your pet company and to provide close supervision, lots of TLC, food, water, potty breaks and anything else you may need. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am very detail-oriented, responsible and dependable. As a bit of an overprotective dog mom, I have needed to entrust my dog's care to a pet sitter. My dog is my world. So I know just how valuable trust, dependability and attention to detail are. What matters to you matters to me. I will follow your instructions down to the smallest detail. I will be diligent in communicating with you, sending regular updates and photos of your pet so that you know they are safe and happy in my care.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, so I’m open to caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I also have firsthand experience with dogs who have medical conditions, including seizures, and I’m comfortable administering medication and providing calm, attentive care. I’m currently back home for the summer and am available anytime of the day! I am open to last minute drop ins if needed. I’m more than happy to spend as much time as needed with the pets. I can feed, walk, play, and clean for them, as well as give medication on time.

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life and have years of experience as a veterinary assistant and shelter aide. From giving medications to walking dogs of any size, I’m comfortable with it all. I’m especially patient with shy or skittish dogs and always help ensure they feel safe and loved. I'm also a distance runner with lots of experience running dogs, so if you have a high-energy pup that needs a good jog, I'd be more than happy to do that!! I'm entirely self-employed, so my schedule is quite flexible! I’m happy to adjust my schedule when needed to make sure your pets get the care and attention they deserve :) When I visit your home, I treat your pets and space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I make sure doors and gates are secure, follow all care instructions closely, and keep a careful eye on your fur baby during walks or visits. Their safety and comfort always come first, and I do my best to keep their routine familiar so they feel at ease while you’re away.

About: I grew up with 2 Labrador retrievers, who I grew a special bond with where I grew to love taking care of dogs! I now have a 3 year old German Shepherd pure bred, who I raised and helped to train. I just adopted a Hound, who is a 2 year old rescue. I love walking my dogs everyday, and also driving them to parks as well. I feed my dogs everyday, and have always been known to be taking care of dogs my whole life. I am 21 years old, and a student at East Carolina University. I come home very often, especially during breaks, and live here all summer! My pets are apart of my everyday life, and I am willing to take care and spend valuable time with pets whenever needed and necessary for you! I am willing to do just about anything with your pets, such as spending time playing with them, walking them, going to a park, feeding them, making sure they go to bed safe, whatever fits you and your pets needs!

About: Hi, I am a passionate dog lover. I will gladly take your pet on long walks followed by plenty of play time. Their health and well being is also a top priority of mine, I will ensure to inspect their teeth, paws, and skin daily. It is not easy finding a pet sitter you can rely on, for that reason, I like to provide picture updates and notes to make sure you are comfortable and at ease on how your pet is doing. For boarding clients, I live in a large Townhome with a balcony that is readily accessible for your pet. I live by a nature trail that I will use for walks, play time, and just all around fresh air. If needed I am able to crate your pet to maintain your training processes. I will provide fresh water, scheduled feeding, and exercise.

About: I grew up with so many animals and was taking care of them as soon as I could walk! We had at least 3 dogs at a time, a cat, etc. I love to take my dogs on long walks! I’m currently working at a restaurant during the weekday nights but available daytime and mornings! My family moved away and took the animals so I’m wanting that animal love back in my life! About: I’ve been around dogs all my life and have taken part in the good and the bad - partaking in puppy training through supporting end of life care. About: Ever since I was born my family has had 2-3 dogs in the home. Have had a golden retriever every type of lab and a corgi. Also dog sit my sisters pitbull. Every weekday I’m free until 5-6. About: I have two dogs, one of came to us as a reactive rescue so I'm very comfortable handling timid or anxious pets. Both of my dogs were adopted when they were puppies to I'm ready for all the puppy crazies! I've been petsitting for the past 5 years and have experience with all sorts of sizes and temperaments. I can't wait to meet your pets! :) I'm currently a college student so my availability is centered around my class schedule. I'm free all evenings and most afternoons. I also don't mind an extra early walk or check-in. I'm currently living in a dorm so any petsitting will have to take place in the owner's home. About: I've had many dogs since I was a kid and I've learned to love caring for them. My family currently has three dogs and I enjoy taking them on long walks and to the dog park to run around.
