About: I’ve been caring for loving animals since I was 11, and over the years, family, friends and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk and look after their pets with consistent compassion, patience, and genuine affection. I’m currently working part-time so I’m home throughout the week. I’m available to pet sit, dog walk or provide a midday potty break. Mostly during the week however my schedule is flexible. About: I have experience caring for shelter dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I am also a cat owner myself. I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel confident and at ease when welcoming a sitter into their home. I have a full time job 8-4:30 most days off the week and would be available in the evenings and would be open two days a week for care anytime of day. These open days o shift through the year. At this time, I will not be offering pet sitting in my own home. While caring for your pet in your home, I will closely supervise them at all times—especially during outdoor play—and will carefully follow any instructions you provide.

My primary focus is making your pet as comfortable as possible. This means respecting their boundaries, minimizing stress, and giving them as much affection as they need. I work until 3pm 5 days a week. I am happy to accommodate visits after 3pm, and anytime on the weekends. If you have any special requests, please let me know and I will do my best to make it work. I am focused on the comfort of your pets. If you have a stand-offish cat, I will respect their boundaries to help them feel safe. If you have a pet who needs a lot of attention, I am happy to sit on the floor for a cuddle session. I will keep their eating/drinking area clean, and ensure your pet is clean, happy, and healthy. I will also be as available as possible for as much communication as you need to feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: I have three years of experience working at a dog kennel, over 15 years of experience dog sitting for friends, and over 35 years of experience living with a dog. At the dog kennel I worked at, I took care of dogs of all kinds of breeds and sizes, from Pomeranians to English mastiffs. I do not have a problem with dogs who pull at the leash, jump on people, or occasionally bite. So, if your dog has ever been labeled "misbehaved," I don't care! I work Monday-Wednesday, but I am available to walk or play with your dog during the day, any time between 9am and 5pm, Thursday through Sunday. I can care for a dog at the dog's home. I can take a dog on a walk around their neighborhood, or I can take them in my car to a park or the woods. I can play with the dog inside or outside (in their yard or at a park).

About: Dogs seem to love me. Personally I've had 3 dogs in my lifetime, and have taken care of many with a business. I am an animal fanatic. I can guarantee that your pet will be in safe hands with me. I am very pet friendly and you can trust that I will take care of any needs that your pet has. I'm currently working full time but I'm looking to get out of the position I'm in to be a pet caregiver as well as a house cleaner. I currently have 2 dogs and LOTS of snails. I am religious when it comes to pet feeding, grooming and any medications. These animals are our family. We may not have them our whole life, but they have us their whole life. We need to make it the best one they could ever dream of. (I don't know about dog psychology but I can assume they dream. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to explain my dog running in his sleep 🤣😉)

About: I've personally cared for multiple dogs and cats for most of my life. I've most recently provided in-home care for a number of pets on Trusted Housesitters along with my partner for the past three years. We have received consistent five-star reviews from pet owners. I've also cared for my own two small dogs, and am comfortable managing daily routines, exercise, and behavioral cues. Most recently, I've supported a senior cat with health issues during an acute period providing attentive monitoring and calm, consistent care. I have a flexible schedule allowing me to be present for walks, daily care, and lots of one on one attention on a regular basis. I live on a quiet two-acre country property with open space and low traffic dirt roads. The yard is not fenced so dogs are always supervised outdoors and kept on a leash for walks.

We received updates and pictures on our trip - knowing our kittens were safe and well the first time home alone. The litter box was perfectly clean - and, much to my surprise, she vacuumed around the box. One of our kittens is more shy with new people - and Abigail took the time to make them comfortable. Our kittens Fred and Ginger were warming up very soon into the visit. Very happy that we hired Abigail - fantastic job! Abigail also checked our front porch for packages and fed the outdoor critters (birds and squirrels).”
