“We couldn’t have found a better person to leave our 1 yr. Old Goldendoodle with during our first time away from him for 9 days. Caroline always sent daily videos several times a day. She interacts with the dogs in her care and you can see how well they are taken care of by her. She has the perfect set up in her home and yard. She and her husband make a great team. We missed our pup so much and it was nice to have reassurance and see for ourselves how he was doing good in the videos. He was having so much fun we were equally sad and happy when we picked him up. He will definitely be back. We can’t thank Caroline enough for her obvious love and care she has for canines. ❤️”

She was a puppy of almost 18 years and he was the only one who was willing to keep her. If your dog is staying for the day, there is an option to keep them separate if needed. However he loves to play with new dogs!

About: I have more than 17 years experience caring for dogs/puppies, cats/kittens, horses, and poultry. I'm very attentive to my animals and attuned to their needs and moods. I'm the "fun mom." My small farm is located 15 minutes outside downtown Ann Arbor and minutes from Dexter and Saline. Lots of room for exploring, playtime, and walks. We offer daycare and overnight boarding. Two miniature Pomeranians live onsite, so your furbabies will get some playtime and cuddle buddies in this small-dog only care home. Fresh water always available. Special requests always welcome. Animal care is a large part of my daily routine as I have horses, birds, and dogs. I work full-time from my home as a digital marketing agency owner. Drop-off and pick-up times are very flexible based on your needs. With small dogs at home we have plenty of playspace indoors as these little guys are sensitive to outside temperatures. Supervised playtime, daily outdoor walking (weather permitting). Daycare clients may leave a crate and security items with us for napping/quiet time. Spring water or RO water for drinking bowls.

Yogi and Pfeifer must run and jump all day as Pfeifer slept the entire 2+ hour ride home. Photos are shared throughout the stay. Over the past 15 years, we’ve shared our home with four dogs, including caring for three into their senior years through age-related and chronic health conditions. We’ve also raised a litter of puppies, giving us experience with young dogs and the extra patience, attention, and consistency they require. Because I work from home, your dog will receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day instead of being left alone for long periods. We have a fully private fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and our three dog-loving children have been raised to be gentle and respectful with animals. While we’re not looking to add another dog to our family permanently, we’d love to open our home to yours. Our goal is to provide a safe, loving, family environment where every dog feels comfortable, cared for, and right at home. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home, allowing me to be present with the dogs throughout the day. Potty breaks, outdoor play, walks (if requested), feeding, medication, and plenty of affection are all easily incorporated into my schedule. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs, so they won’t just be supervised—they’ll be part of our family’s day. Whether your pup loves to play, relax, or simply be near people, they’ll receive plenty of attention, companionship, and love while they’re with us. I also make it a priority to keep pet parents updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident your dog is happy and well cared for during their stay. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priorities. Because I work from home, your pet will have supervision and companionship throughout the day rather than being left alone for extended periods. I take the time to learn each dog’s individual routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise needs, medications, and any special instructions, so they can maintain the routine they’re used to at home. Our home has a fully private fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and all dogs are monitored while outside. I believe every dog deserves patience, kindness, and plenty of affection, and I treat each guest as if they were one of my own. I also understand that every dog has a different personality, so I take introductions slowly and always prioritize a calm, low-stress environment. Throughout your dog’s stay, I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, loved, and having a great time.

She closely monitored his adjustment and responded appropriately, often putting techniques she had learned into practice to help Toby feel more comfortable and build trust with her.
