About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, I would always take care of our family dog. I love going on long walks and creating meaningful bonds with pets! I’m currently working part time with a flexible schedule, so I’ve got plenty of time to play and care for your pups! I frequently go on walks throughout the day and like to stay active, having a dog by my side makes it better! I can easily crate dogs if needed, and can be told commands to follow. In my home, I make sure my dogs always have fresh water and food, if applicable.

About: I have always had a love for animals since I can remember. I rescued and rehabbed two feral kittens that were living under a dumpster to my own rescued pup. I have had guest dogs in my home from tiny to extra large. They always received the same care as my own dog from sleeping in bed with us to plenty of walks and outdoor time. They will be in great, responsible hands with me! I currently have my own business so I make my schedule. I can be flexible with days of the week and times even with last minute notice. I always ensure the pets are secure via leash before leaving the home to go for walks or when they are "in" for the day (crates, baby gate - no matter their set up). I also gather all the information about the animal - any reactions to certain situations, recall cues etc prior to visits.

About: When I was in middle school, my science teacher went to the Philippines for the whole summer. I took care of her mices, dogs, guinea pigs and more. Growing up in Iowa, I have been around many animals including dogs. Also I have had friends who traveled to Europe and they had to leave their poodles, black labs and many more and trusted their dogs in my care at their home for a month or two weeks if needed when I lived in Washington state before moving to Honeoye Falls. When I dog sat, I made sure I gave medicine as instructed to the dogs as needed. I played with them, took them hiking, the beach, cuddled on the couch and learned about what they liked and don’t like and what makes them happy. I made sure that their owners were happy as well. When I was asked to come and dog sit again, the dogs would be waiting at the window waiting for my arrival. These dogs were sure happy to see me when I came back to dog sit them! I have plenty of time to play with your pups 🐶I would be available for boarding on the weekends and week days after 4pm. I would be happy to give lots of love and attention/play to your fur babies! I have a fenced yard and have two fur babies who love to socialize. I also love to spoil your dogs too! I work from home twice a week and can pet sit on the weekends as well! As for dog sitting in the client’s home I would treat your place with respect, love and care. Anything you need I will make sure that your pets receive it. I will also communicate and send pictures!

About: Animals have been in my life since I can remember. My parents live on a farm and adopt, dogs, cats, and farm animals in need . I am currently working towards my degree as a licensed veterinary technician and I previously worked at Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Services as an Animal Care Assistant. While working there, I learned many emergent medical skills and I provided care for post -op, and special needs animals. I love being outside with dogs, playing fetch, soccer, frisbee, etc. it is a great way for dogs (and myself) to get moving and stay healthy! I also love cuddle time on the couch. I am truly happiest when I am spending time with and caring for animals. A wagging tail or purring cat puts a smile on my face and fills my heart with purpose!

About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. Each had their own personality and I have special memories of each one of them. I have taken care of older dogs and younger dogs. I can handle the energy of younger dogs and the needs of older ones. We have always seen our pets as members of the family and I hope you will allow me to see your dog in the same way. I have friends that I have stayed at their house for a couple of weeks to spend time with their dog while they were on vacation. We went for walks twice a day and had a lot of time playing together. I work remotely in my job so I am happy to work from wherever is needed to take care of your pet. My schedule is flexible and I will work hard to accommodate the schedule of you pet. If you just need someone to come to walk your dog or just spend time with your cat, I have the flexibility in my day to do that. My first goal is to make your dog or cat comfortable with my visit. If I'm staying in your home, I will follow the routine you have set to do just that.

About: Every time I see a dog 🐶 or a cat 🐈, I can’t resist wanting to pet them. They always make my heart melt. I have a cat and have been taking care of him for 11 years. I also have nearly 4 years of experience with pet sitting (dogs, cats, and fish) before joining the Rover business. About: Stories of my childhood include all types of animals. From the labrodor who sat with me in a kiddy pool to the cats who just wouldn't stop having kittens! I'd love to take care of your animal as though they were my own. I began petsitting at sixteen, and was hired during summers by families while they were away on vacation. I've helped my family care for over ten dogs throughout my lifetime, and cared for a cat and a dog in my own household recently. I also have a natural curiosity of animal science which resulted in a few veterinarian training classes during high school. My current job with a non-profit organization allows for flexible hours, and I hope to be able to care for your pets in any way you need! I work and take care of my son from home most of the time. This allows me to give attention to your animals throughout the day as needed! We have a great back yard that I can take your dog on a walk through and plenty of sidewalks around if they need a longer walk.

About: I have 4 years of experience in a grooming facility, doing bathing, nail trims, grooming, and working directly with our trainers and playcare department! I have lots of experience with dogs of almost every single breed, temperament, and size. I am also very experienced in basic first aid, and totally comfortable working with special needs animals. I am currently in school with pretty open availability during the weekdays, and full availability on weekends/all nights. Starting in May, I will have 100% availability for dog sitting! I have a large unfenced yard, as well as many close walking trails. There are currently no other animals in the home, and there is a safe private room available for emergencies in addition to full range of the house. There are stairs in my home, but I have gates to install if there are any senior animals who don’t do well with stairs!

About: I would love to make a drop in visit, walk your dogs or care for your dog/ cat while you are away. I am an occupational therapist and I currently work during the weekdays. I generally have a free schedule during the week after work, and most weekends. I follow the school schedule, so I usually have breaks and summers free. About: I'm that person at parties that spends most of their time befriending the animals. I can't help it. So it only makes sense for me to spend some of my free time making more furry friends. I also understand how much of a pain it is to find someone trustworthy to look after your animals when you're away. Your furry kids will be safe and loved with me! I have flexible availability during the week as well as on weekends to care for your pets. Experience: I grew up around cats, and my family raised several kittens that turned into sweet, loving cats. Currently, I have 2 cats named Murphy and Charles, and 3 dogs named Sophie, June, and Pearl. I also have 2 rats named Peggy and Eliza, and they are the sweetest pets. I work from home part-time and my schedule is pretty flexible, so I have plenty of time to walk and drop in on your pets! I have 2 high energy pups that are major escape artists, so safety is a top priority for me! I'm always conscious of the safety of my and anyone else's animals.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and a few cats over the years. I am available to stay over night if needed, I have taken care of senior dogs that need health support, i have also taken care of puppies as young as 5 months old. I also have experience giving oral medicine to dogs. My availability is Monday mornings to late Thursday nights. I can stay all day or all night if needed for the pet. I unfortunately can’t do weekends. I am able to take care of cats and dogs, old or young, and give oral medicine if needed. I will need written instructions on what time the dog/cat needs to be fed, walked, times for giving medicine if needed, and if there are any diet restrictions.
