We have lots of experience with lots of animals, at all stages of life and with administering medications. Now that the kids are all in school. I have extra time to spend with my 4 legged babies and yours. We enjoy hiking, long and/or short walks around Canandaigua. I am a responsible and respectful professional. About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. Each had their own personality and I have special memories of each one of them. I have taken care of older dogs and younger dogs. I can handle the energy of younger dogs and the needs of older ones. We have always seen our pets as members of the family and I hope you will allow me to see your dog in the same way. I have friends that I have stayed at their house for a couple of weeks to spend time with their dog while they were on vacation. We went for walks twice a day and had a lot of time playing together. I work remotely in my job so I am happy to work from wherever is needed to take care of your pet. My schedule is flexible and I will work hard to accommodate the schedule of you pet. If you just need someone to come to walk your dog or just spend time with your cat, I have the flexibility in my day to do that. My first goal is to make your dog or cat comfortable with my visit. If I'm staying in your home, I will follow the routine you have set to do just that.

About: I've taken care of animals since I was 12 years old, as well as having 2 cats and a pitbull/lab mix at home. My friends, family, and neighbors have always entrusted me with the care of their pets, as I've always been told I "have a way" with animals. I have experience training and dog-sitting small puppies as well as many different big and small dog breeds. I have experience with and love working with cats as well! About: Pets always seem to gravitate towards me. I make friends easily with the skittish ones, and I seem to communicate with all of them well. I'm currently in between jobs as a dog groomer, so I'm available a lot of the time! Dog grooming is fun, especially when I get to have some puppy kisses in between! About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats for years. I am also a Licensed Practical Nurse (for humans)! I have cared for neighbors, friends, friends-of-friends’ pets and am very trustworthy and caring. For most days, I’ll be home all day. I am pet-sitting and occasional babysitting at the moment so I will be there for your pet! I feed, walk, play, cuddle and give lots of love to all the fur babies and will do whatever else is requested (light housekeeping, vet appointments, etc.)

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and a few cats over the years. I am available to stay over night if needed, I have taken care of senior dogs that need health support, i have also taken care of puppies as young as 5 months old. I also have experience giving oral medicine to dogs. My availability is Monday mornings to late Thursday nights. I can stay all day or all night if needed for the pet. I unfortunately can’t do weekends. I am able to take care of cats and dogs, old or young, and give oral medicine if needed. I will need written instructions on what time the dog/cat needs to be fed, walked, times for giving medicine if needed, and if there are any diet restrictions.

I have over 12 years of experience caring for various animals including bunnies, bearded dragons, dogs, cats, and fish. About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I have been on Rover for several years and am starting up my business again. I LOVE being outdoors and am always happy to take dogs on walks, to the park, or even spend time by the lake. I have a 6-year-old chihuahua mix named Ghost, who I fostered before adopting. I completely understand how to support dogs who may be a little “sassy” and just need extra patience and love...because trust me, chihuahua's have BIG personalities! Ghost also has Addison’s Disease, which has given me several years of experience managing daily medications and have been trained by my veterinarian on how to administer his monthly injections. I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I’m also a volunteer with Happy Tails (Ontario County Humane Society), where I continue to deepen my commitment to animal care. In addition to dogs, I have a cat of my own and am happy to care for cats too, whether that’s feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, or just providing plenty of snuggles. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule and can work around your schedule! I’m happy to stop by whenever is convenient for you. I prefer at least a day notice in advance if possible. I will follow whatever instructions you provide. Does your pup need a walk? About: I’m a 32 year old retired dog groomer and ran large grooming salons in the Pittsburgh area as well as here in New York for a total of 10 years. Was also a kennel boarding assistant as well as a vet assistant for a mobile vaccine clinic serving Niagara Falls, Watertown, Rochester and other areas. I have had everything from chihuahuas to Rottweilers and pit bulls. I treat pets like my children and love all shapes and sizes and able to provide medication as well as any other special need requests. I know basic first aid but I do not have pet CPR certification. I also have plenty of references and client feedback if needed to ensure you get the care your pet needs and deserves.
