We have lots of experience with lots of animals, at all stages of life and with administering medications. Now that the kids are all in school. I have extra time to spend with my 4 legged babies and yours. We enjoy hiking, long and/or short walks around Canandaigua. I am a responsible and respectful professional. About: I have had dogs my whole life.. I worked in a kennel and as a dog groomer, where I got to spend time with many different breeds of dogs. Friends have asked me to stay with, feed, walk and drop in on their pets. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of areas of time to play with your pets! I am available to dog walk and drop in during the week and Saturdays after 12. I would love to discuss if you need someone to house sit overnight! I will care for pets by following the routine that they are used to and treating them with love, kindness and respect. I want to create a calm environment for them and let them know they are safe with me. I will also treat the client’s home with respect.

About: Hello! I recently moved here from Maryland. After losing our pup in 2023, we decided to wait a bit and last year, added two new fur babies to our house. I really missed that energy in the house. I have had pets my entire life & love my fur babies. I have 3 biological children & 3 step and all of them are animal lovers too :) Having just relocated, I have a pretty flexible schedule and am very open to helping with your needs for your fur baby. I do work a full day on Tuesdays and partial day on Wednesday’s. I will be happy to follow your instructions and schedule for your pet in your home or during walks. I am very courteous of others property and would treat your Home and pet as if they were my own, if not better.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats from a young age and am currently have a dog which I adopted from Syracuse! He gets multiple daily walks and weekend adventures. Growing up, I had a dog with diabetes and I had to administer his insulin. I am well versed in animal care for dogs, cats, and some farm animals like sheep and horses. I am a high school social studies teacher currently home for summer break. Although I am teaching summer school, I am available for my services in the early morning before 6:30 and in the afternoons and evenings. My dog is treated to multiple walks per day in addition to weekend hikes and adventures! My fiancé and I are mindful of what treats and foods are healthy for dogs and take great care in making sure our dog has a good diet and overall health.

There were two times that she canceled morning of and, with that late notice, I was not able to leave work or get anyone else to take him out. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a child. I grew up on a farm and had to care for the family pets. I have watched a plethora of dog breeds for a night, weekend, week, or just to check in. I have experience clipping nails, bathing, and administering medications. I love pet snuggles and giving treats as well as being very active with my pet friends!! We can be flexible with pet sitting needs and am able to provide services during the day, evenings and weekends. We provide boarding, sitting, drop in visits, and walking. We do not provide housesitting overnight at this time. We have a loving energetic 4 year old black lab mix who loves friends to play with and a 12 year old daughter who loves caring for pets. We have a cozy ranch-style home with a small fenced in yard for free play. We can easily crate if needed/preferred. We prefer you provide your own dog food, but we have pedigree high protein kibble if needed. We like to give training treats for a job well done. We always use positive reinforcement with our own pets and others!
