About: When I was in middle school, my science teacher went to the Philippines for the whole summer. I took care of her mices, dogs, guinea pigs and more. Growing up in Iowa, I have been around many animals including dogs. Also I have had friends who traveled to Europe and they had to leave their poodles, black labs and many more and trusted their dogs in my care at their home for a month or two weeks if needed when I lived in Washington state before moving to Honeoye Falls. When I dog sat, I made sure I gave medicine as instructed to the dogs as needed. During the summer I am a nanny, however have a flexible schedule to let pets out throughout the day! I live in a safe apartment complex with a fenced in area for dogs and well as several walking trails to take your pets on long walks.
About: I have pet sit for friends and neighbors for a long time now, including dogs and cats. I grew up with almost any type of animal you can imagine, from little reptiles, to horses, with many in between. I currently have a dog, 2 cats, a few fish, and many chickens. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I currently have a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to dedicate to pets. This allows me to give pets consistent attention, regular walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship throughout the day. I’m able to adjust my schedule around each pet’s specific needs and routine to make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for. I provide loving, attentive care for pets in both my home and my client’s home. I make sure pets are fed on their normal schedule, always have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of attention and affection. I can follow any specific instructions regarding routines, medications, training, or special needs.
