About: I’ve always had pets of my own and love to give them the best care of their needs, whether it’s love & affection to mental or physical stimulation, I’m ready to enjoy the day with them, Your pup will have so much fun with my dog (Oreo) & I. We hike daily and if your pup is active, they are more than welcome to join us on any hikes that we do! Or if they just like simple short walks that’s great too! I work part time and my schedule is pretty flexible, as long as I know ahead of time, we can work out a schedule that works out! I have a fenced in yard for bathroom breaks or for play time. If your dog is crate trained during the night and you wish to continue, I have medium size crate but you are welcome to drop off their own crate with them, if they like to rest in their own crate, otherwise they are free to roam around the house and rest anywhere! Does your dog have any allergies to food/other things? or is reactive with another dog, or around food? • please let me know in advance so I can take precautions. I love updates of what my pup is doing throughout the day, when I’m not with her, so if you love getting updates of pictures of your pup throughout the day or at the end of the day just let me know!

About: I have owned and cared for 4 dogs (1 lab, 2 beagles, 1 mutt), and 5 cats (3 orange tabby cats, 1 longhair black cat, 1 calico) in my lifetime, and I always play with the pet at the party. My favorite dog is the beagle and my favorite cat is orange but I love them all. I am available nearly every day and most evenings. I know how to quickly win over a pet with genuine display of empathy and affection. Knowing the spot to scratch also helps. I have very long legs and walk miles daily, so I can outwalk most dogs and keep up with them as they chase birds and mongoose. If they are not yet tired from the walk, I love playing tug-of-war afterwards. My life goal is to own a large yard, 2 dogs and 2 cats, and I am working towards that goal every day. I am currently working part-time as a theatre teacher. My teaching hours are 9-3 on Tuesdays and 11-3 on Thursdays/Fridays. I do theatre and improv most weekends in the evenings. Otherwise I am very available! I only use leashes that are secure. I keep a tight grip on a leash and wrap it around my fist to be safe. I am good about checking and securing gates.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young, helping family and friends whenever they traveled or had busy schedules. Whether it was just for the day or a few weeks, I’ve always loved making sure their pups felt safe, happy, and well cared for. A couple of years ago, I had the incredibly rewarding experience of fostering a rescue dog here on the island—and that’s when I decided to take my passion for pet care more seriously. When my neighbor had to move away, I stepped in to care for her pup and eventually found her a loving forever home. Caring for dogs is something I genuinely love and take pride in. I have a very flexible schedule this summer while I’m on break from school, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with your pup! I'm available for frequent check-ins, walks, and extended stays to make sure your dog is well cared for. While I’m currently exploring a part-time job on the side, pet care is a top priority, and I remain very open and committed to my availability. I live up in the valleys with plenty of other furry friend owners! It is a calm area with a super friendly community! I also have a little yard they can use for quick potty breaks.

I would highly recommend Janey for your petsitting needs. She obviously loves animals and takes special care with any instructions you leave for feeding, litter cleaning, etc. And she is quite the animal photographer -- she sent numerous daily photos and videos of her daily visits. I'll be using her the next time we leave town!
I left my 2 young Calicos for the first time to go on a work trip recently, and Sydney did such an AMAZING job caring for them! Maile did a great job, followed our instructions perfectly, and left our place super clean (just like I had left it 10 days prior). She was responsive via text and sent daily photos of our two cats. I was wishing for more text updates during the check-ins, but was happy to have the pictures. No complaints and would definitely book Maile again, thank you!
Sarai was fantastic! She took care of our cat with short notice and asked lots of questions about how to care for our kitty. She made sure to be in touch with me even when the Rover app wasn't working to make sure I knew my cat was fed and visited. I especially appreciated that she took all our trash out at the end of the week! Did not expect that and really appreciated it.
We are so grateful for Darby! This was our first time booking with her and at first we were so nervous because it was also the first time we were leaving island for over 2 weeks.
