About: I have always had pets in my life, mostly dogs. Life would be too lonely without a furry friend to cuddle. I have taken care of our dogs, cats, hamsters, and guinea pigs over the many years. We homeschool so our schedule is quite flexible and we spend lots of time at home or on hikes in the area. Sunday and Tuesday mornings we often have commitments but aren't gone more than 4 hours total. I have a fenced yard and one friendly dog. We have one cat as well who is nervous around our dog so she stays behind a closed door in our master suite. My kids also have a guinea pig which stays in a cage in their room and your dog won't have access to. We have tile floors and pup friendly furniture.

About: I’ve taken care of animals of every kind since I was a kid. I love caring for pets and enjoy having them around even more now that I have actual kids of my own who love animals too! I have received instruction on IV medication for cats, recently took a puppy training course at PetSmart with my puppy, and am familiar with senior care for dogs. I have personal and professional experience with small, medium, large, and extra large dogs of all breeds and all ages. I am very detailed oriented and organized. I promise that I treat your home like my own when I'm doing drop in visits! I know how important it is for our pets to feel comfort while their parents are away so I make sure my drop-ins are intentional and loving towards the animals. I currently work full time and most days are remote so I tend to do daytime drop-ins on lunch and then the morning and nights are typically easy to fit into my schedule. While letting the animals outside for potty breaks, I’d stay outside with them to make sure they’ve done their business and are ready to come inside. I also don’t ever want someone’s fur baby to escape while I’m watching them so it’s just more comfortable to me to always have eyes on them… even in this 105 heat! I love to play fetch, throw a ball or toy, and just play with them in general! I’ll always make sure they have fresh water after returning inside or if the bowls are outside, give fresh water before we go potty! I am very adaptable depending on what the client needs are. For example: standing next to you while you eat, going into the grass myself so you can potty… things like that!

About: I grew up with dogs (primarily a German Shepherd mix and Lhasa Apso) and cared for my own mixed breed at age 19. Took her to dog training school (Triple Crown Academy) where I learned quite a bit of everything from the best (Jessy Gabriel, Rob Dunn and Dave Kroyer). Upon graduation, I worked for a small business in Dallas, training in-kennel, private lessons, leading group classes and overseeing daycare dogs. Moved to Austin area and took a desk job to keep business hours that were conducive to raising children, but still love dogs. My GSD mix lived 16 years, and now we have a German Shepherd named Mila. She loves to play fetch so I can do that or spend time petting your dog. Whatever makes them happy! I have a fenced yard and kids who love to walk with me while I take dog(s) out for walks. We give each guest attention and love while they stay with us or while I visit them in your home. I am currently working from home all hours of the 40 hour work week. I take a morning break, lunch break and afternoon break to spend time with my dog and can spend time with yours during that time too. Rocky, is a retired police k9 who has the perfect balance of energy and calmness to welcome any new pup into our home. I routinely let them outside to play and use the restroom at a minimum of once every 2 hours. My pets are allowed anywhere in the house. It is two stories with multiple rooms so there are always places for them to have space if they need it. There are plenty of beds, toys, and friends to play with while they are here! I do have two large kennels that I never use, but if your pet prefers to sleep in a kennel in its own space, I am happy to provide that for them. Otherwise, they will be free to relax wherever they would like.
