Shima has been awesome. Brice loves her daily walks and we didn't have to miss her walks while we were in town for the holidays. Shima was very accommodating around the weather and timing of the walks and it is clear that Brice enjoys her time with Shima. Thank you so much, we will be back in touch next time we are in the area.

About: I have taken care of any kind of dog since I was 8yrs old. From watching friends dogs to taking them on walks while their owners are at work I love it all. I have had multiple dogs since I was kid and enjoy being around animals as much as possible. I have 2 kids that are half home school half in school. It gives me the flexibility to fit any type of pet care into my daily schedule. I care for others pets in their homes by giving them the love and attention they need while their owners are away. Also taking them on a walk if they have extra energy to get out or just play time in the back yard. Whatever fits the dogs best need I can handle

Nicole has been fantastic to work with. Our fur baby is such an important part of the family, we are always cautious of whoever is caring for her. Nicole is not only very kind & professional, but also reliable and flexible. She administers our pups medications, spends quality time playing/walking her, and also has been kind enough to clean her up if she happens to get dirty. Our dog loves her! I can’t rave about her enough, we are so grateful to have found her! 10/10 recommend!

About: Hi! I’m Kaytlyn, a Texas Tech junior with lifelong, hands-on experience caring for animals of all kinds. I grew up on a ranch with dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and donkeys—so I’m confident handling different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Being around animals my whole life has taught me how to keep them safe, comfortable, and genuinely happy. Pet sitting isn’t just a side job for me—it’s something I take seriously. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone, and I’m committed to earning that trust every time. What you can expect from me: • Reliable, consistent care you don’t have to worry about • Regular updates + lots of photos • Attention to your pet’s routine, behavior, and comfort • Someone who treats your pet like their own Whether your dog needs exercise, structure, or just extra love while you’re away, I’m very intentional with the care I give. I’d love to be someone you can rely on and feel completely confident leaving your pet with. I’m a full-time student at Texas Tech with a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize pet care. I plan my days around my bookings and am able to adjust around classes as needed. Pet sitting is an important part of how I support myself, so I’m committed to being dependable and working with your schedule. I grew up caring for many dogs and cats so I’m very comfortable around animals and understand how important safety and trust are. When caring for pets, I focus on keeping them comfortable in their familiar environments while giving them plenty of attention and exercise. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and make sure dogs are safely leashed, monitored, and well cared for during every walk.

About: I’ve owned dogs for the past 20 years. I’ve watched multiple friends and family dogs for them. I’m an animal lover. I just prefer dogs because I’m allergic to cats, even though I own two outside. I’ve worked with rescuers and fosters to help out in the community. This side job would fill my heart just loving your fur baby. I have 5 animals, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a chameleon. They are spoiled babies. I have to make sure they are taken care of on a daily basis. I would love them! I would play with them, walk them, feed them, whatever needed. In my home my animals are spoiled on a daily basis.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover based in Granite Shoals near Marble Falls, and I’m happy to travel within an hour of the Austin area to care for your pup. I’ve had dogs my entire life and truly believe they’re family—not just pets. I currently share my home with Josie, my sweet 10-year-old Pug, and Bella, my energetic 2-year-old rescue Pit mix. Having dogs at very different life stages has given me experience with everything from senior care and slower-paced walks to playful energy and enrichment. Over the years, I’ve regularly helped friends care for their dogs—whether that meant walks, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping them company while their humans were away. I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and genuinely loving toward every dog I meet. I live a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoy trail walks and neighborhood strolls, always tailoring activity levels to each dog’s needs, age, and personality. Your pup’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities, and I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your dog—feel free to reach out with any questions! My full time job is mostly remotely, which gives me the flexibility to plan my day around a pet’s needs. This allows me to provide regular walks, meals, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I prioritize safety, trust, and consistency. I follow each pet’s routine closely, ensure secure environments and safe walks, and treat both pets and homes with care and respect.

This was my first time using Rover. I can’t recommend Jessica enough! My situation was a little different; we are visiting family in Marble Falls but my husband and I spent a few days in Austin and needed someone to walk our dog. We didn’t have personal interaction with Jessica but my mother in law did and said she was very polite and professional. So much so they she shared her information with the neighbors. Thank you Jessica.

About: I’ve always had animals growing up, and I adore them. Spending time with animals is already something I do on my own, so being given the opportunity to earn money and help others makes it even better. Because this is something I really care about, I give my all. I’m honest and will always show up in a timely manner. I’m a very understanding person, so if anything comes up involving a time change or cancellation, I completely understand. I think communication is key. I do want the best for the animals so I’d like any information regarding allergies, likes/dislikes, or anything that would help the animal in anyway beforehand.
