“Jennifer & her family took the best care of my dog, Luigi. Jennifer kept me updated daily about how Luigi was doing at her home with photos and any updates from that day. I truly appreciated how communicative she was with me during his stay. Her home is honestly the best set up for dog boarding and she did a fantastic job taking care of my dog. Her yard has a great space for dogs to let their energy out and she has dogs, cats and rabbits (along with other animals) that my dog got to interact with during his stay. Luigi had a blast with Jennifer and her family and I am certain he can’t wait to visit them again. It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. During the visit, I received tons of pictures and updates. My dog doesn't always like to go on walks, but Ilana kept me in the loop on what their activities were for the day. I received many videos of my dog playing with her interactive feeder toys or chasing a ball around with Ilana. I felt confident that she was getting plenty of exercise and stimulation during the stay. My dog seemed relaxed and comfortable when I picked her up. I will definitely be using Ilana again in the future!
Sam and her daughter took care of our Bernese Mountain dog for three weeks while we were gone over the summer. Katherine was an absolute life saver and caregiver to our dog, Mandy, while we were on vacation. She had recently had some swelling due to a bug bite. It was horrible timing to go on vacation, but Katherine had everything under control and made sure to let me know everyday how she was doing.
