About: I’ve taken care of my sweet senior dog for all of his nearly 18 years. I fully understand that seniors need a little extra love and attention 🩵 I’ve also been the default dog and cat sitter for friends when they have needed it. Take him out for a walk every afternoon to make sure he gets enough exercise. At home, I play puzzle games with him so that he won't feel lonely.

SERVICE: I cater to those parents who need either a "once in a while" (but can be frequent) and/or a "last minute" sitting/walking care. I update my Rover availability based on my regular job's schedule to date to provide you a better service. ME: My love and passion for puppies began at a very young age. Growing up, I was blessed with having at least one dog in the household. During my high school years, I worked at a parrot shop located in Edgewater. There, I cared for baby parrots by handfeeding them their formula, which I prepared myself. I also kept a health chart on many baby parrots. Adults parrots were also present and cared for. My love and respect for animals has only increased through the years. Life has us all working so much that it takes us away from what we would rather do, spend time with our pets. Your dog will be cared for and looked after when you need to attend other matters. I have cared for dogs in the past, small and large (Saint Bernard the largest). I cannot pet sit in my home, but I can come to yours, though most of the time I will be out with him/her. So next time your puppy needs love and care when you need to be elsewhere, book me. I will make sure to fill that void your absence will leave, so the time he/she misses you will be less. Though I love dogs very much, I can be firm when needed. If there are any special requirements, please let me know. A. If your dog is shy, I will make sure he/she is not overwhelmed by other dogs or even humans. B. If he/she is hyper, to avoid kids being frightened. C. Do you prefer that your dog does not visit dog parks, or at least when they are not that busy? etc. I am currently a Real Estate Agent. My main working days are the weekends for open houses. This provides me with the freedom to care for your pet during the week, which is when most doggies are home-alone, but not anymore if I have a say in the matter. Building regulations and lack of space have prevented me from such joy. While I cannot pet sit at my home, I can take your dog outdoors. I try and stay physically active, so your dog will be walking and playing.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for practically all of my life. My family and friends would ask me to take care of or walk their pets and I’d always be there when they needed. I’m also used to taking care of puppies and kitties and enjoyed it no matter how tiring it may have been. Sam is the best! My two boys are getting to be in their senior years and are very different. Jimmy is on the bigger side around 40 pounds and rambunctious and Dwight is on the smaller side around 25 pounds and pretty lazy. Sam interacted and loved both boys and was so lovely and attentive on his visits to feed them while we were away on vacation. We are so glad to have found Sam 😌
