I was a volunteer supervisor at the same no kill NYC rescue organization weekly from 2007- 2020. I have cared for dogs and cats of all types with all kinds of issues. I have worked as a dog walker and watched cats prior to Rover. I have fostered and owned both dogs and cats. I have watched up to 5 dogs at any one time in my own home. My current senior dog is petrified of NYC and I do everything it takes to make her walks as pleasurable as possible. I truly love them all.

I will follow the client's instructions for their pets. I know how important it is to take care of a pet per the owner's instructions. I will only alert the client if I am not clear on the instructions or detect some sort of danger.

- What are they scared of? What other dogs should we stay away from? Are they afraid of certain people or noises, etc. Do they have a favorite route to walk? I leave very detailed instructions when I have someone come to walk/pop in on my dog and cat so the more detailed the better.
