About: My pet care experience began when I was a young child. My parents have always had at least five pets that I helped train and take care of while growing up. After we moved to a farm, they adopted more pets (dogs, cats, chickens, etc.); which allowed me to have more responsibilities and experiences taking care of animals. In college, I adopted my dog and had her for over 13 years. Sadly, she passed from old age and I have not adopted another pet since. I currently have a full-time job, but it does not involve animals. I am on Rover because I enjoy being around animals and taking care of them. My schedule is flexible and would allow me ample time throughout the day to assist others with their pets. My husband and I have very flexible work schedules that allow us to work from home most, if not all, of the week. We love going for walks with the dogs and playing with them in our fenced in backyard. As mentioned above, we have a fenced in backyard. We also have a large crate available if you prefer to have your dog crates for part of its stay. Thanks for taking your time to read about me! About: I’ve been dog sitting for friends dogs for over 10 years and continue to do so. I walk my dog regularly as well as neighbor dogs. I am retired so I spend a lot of time with mine and my neighbors dogs. I have the freedom of time to spend with your fur baby I have a fenced yard and a very friendly dog in my home. My neighborhood is very dog friendly with sidewalks and parks near. I can crate dogs if necessary.

About: We always had cats growing up. As an adult I’ve taken care of a Chihuahua for seven years and just recently my husband and I have been fostering a pitbull terrier mix. About: I’ve had pets my whole life. Currently, I foster for two local animal shelters. I have experience taking care of puppies and elderly dogs and ages in between. I have experience with dogs recovering from surgery, administering medications, and even dogs in hospice. My experience is also with dogs of all sizes - from Yorkies to mastiffs. My dog is my world. If you ask my family, they would tell you I spoil my dog and any dog. I work from home, so the dogs are rarely alone. I do not allow dogs in my bed, but there are many comfy dog beds and my sectional that are available for sleeping, napping and relaxing. I treat every dog as if they’re my own. When the weather is good, we go for walks 2-3 times a day. I have the stairs in my house gated off so no one goes tumbling down. There are stairs from my deck to the backyard. If necessary, I will carry up/down stairs if I am able / for small dogs only.

About: Hi, my name is Kristi, and I hope you will consider allowing me to love and care for your furry family as I have ALWAYS cared for mine. They honestly didn't know they were dogs. I have been in the health and wellness industry for 22 years. I was raised as a child with dogs and cats and owned four very active labs. Sadly, my last black lab (Jett) had to be put down last June. When I find the right time to provide the attention our furry families need, I want to train to become a therapy dog and take it into children's hospitals/senior homes. Nothing beats the unconditional love of a dog. Priceless. Makes my heart smile. I believe they should have if you are going to own a pet. I am a live-in caregiver and cover 15 nights a month. My flexible schedule can be rearranged if overnight care for pet-sitting is necessary for those overnight stays. I do not have a fenced-in yard, as I live in a townhouse. I can take them for plenty of walks, and if they like to be in a crate, I can do that as well. Based on individual needs.
