About: I have cared for cats for most of my life but 5 years ago my fiancé and I adopted my first dog. For the past 5 years, I’ve cared for my dog, Mary Jane, who has been my sweetest teacher in understanding dog behavior, routines, and communication. Through caring for her, I’ve gained hands-on experience with daily walking, feeding schedules, basic training reinforcement, administering simple medications, and creating a calm, consistent environment for a happy pup. I have also cared for many friends pets while they were away on vacation. I may be new to Rover, but I’m not new to being a responsible, attentive animal owner. Caring for animals is already woven into my daily rhythm. I work part-time with flexible hours, giving me plenty of space in my schedule for peaceful walks, playtime, and check-ins with pets. I’m used to creating a balanced routine around my own dog, and bringing that same calm, attentive energy to other pets feels completely natural. I am currently free to sit/walk any day of the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and familiar environment for them. I follow your routines exactly as you outline them — from feeding instructions to walk times to any training cues your dog is used to. I keep doors and gates secured, monitor their body language closely, and make sure they always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. Trust is extremely important to me, so I communicate clearly, send updates/photos, and treat your home with the same respect and care I treat your pet.

About: I have 6 years of experience taking care of 4 cats and my dog!! I can feed, give water, take walks, scoop boxes, and entertain with toys. I am also excellent with anxious pets and those who need a little extra care and love. I have a gentle voice and will always try to be aware of your pets' comfort level before approaching. I am currently in college, so I go to class various times during the week! Because of this, I may need to adjust arrival times depending on my class schedule and what days you need me for. This also means that I am good for vacations and other short-term jobs. I will work hard to provide a safe environment for all animals in accordance with guidelines set by my clients. For dogs, I prefer a fenced in yard, but will consider leashed walks depending on the size of your dog.

About: I was raised around dogs since childhood, and have always been involved with animal rescue since I had my own place. We have dogs and cats of our own, and they enjoy having fluffy friends to play with as much as we do! I’m currently available during the day full time, and only work part-time at night. So there’s a lot of availability for either dog walks, emergency boarding needs, or doggy daycare options. We have a fenced in yard out back, and crate-and-rotate when needed. I am experienced in handling all behaviors of dogs, from the fearful/shy to the escape artist.

About: Hi everyone! I spent 10 wonderful years dog sitting in Myrtle Beach, SC for friends, family, and through Rover. I live in Delaware now with my boyfriend and our fur child, Willow :). I work from home during summer and winter months, and I am available for dog walking or hosting your dog in our home (as long as they get along with other dogs). I am a lifelong animal lover and have experience fostering puppies and living with/caring for family dogs and cats. I am also looking to become a veterinarian so I have lots of experience with care of animals, from rabbits to farm cats. About: Hello! I’m Erin, a full-time high school teacher and pet-sitter on the side. I’m an animal lover and I have been pet sitting for 10+ years. I have a ton of experience caring for a variety of dog breeds and cats, as well as a few smaller animals (rabbits, hamsters, birds, and fish). I’m calm, caring, and patient, with a soft spot for senior animals. I’ve had a great deal of experience caring for my own senior pets (both dogs and cats). I’ve provided care for animals with diapers, medication, and mild mobility issues. I’m also experienced in caring for diabetic cats and administering insulin, as I’ve helped two of my rescues go into remission. I strive to provide the best care possible for pets, and peace of mind for their owners! Please be aware that starting August 25th, I will be at work from 7:35 am-3:05 pm. I’m currently a full time as a high school teacher, so from 7:35-3:05 on week days, I’m usually at work. If I am pet sitting during the week, I head straight to the pets at the end of the work day. On weekends, I am able to dedicate most, if not all, of the day to spending time with your pets. This is also the case over the summer. I provide pet care in client’s homes, per the directions provided by the clients. Prior to caring for your pet(s), I ask that we arrange a time for me to meet your pet(s) and go over all pertinent information regarding their care and safety.

I welcome puppies who are still in training. I require a meet and greet before booking. I want you and I to both feel comfortable about caring for your pet.
