I work in the school system during the school year, so I have a flexible schedule for the rest of June and July for summer break. I have experience with caring for small dogs. My family pet growing up was a toy poodle. And my first pet when I lived on my own was the cutest little Shih Tzu. She has now went to doggy heaven at the age of 16! I work part time so I have lots of time to care for some dogs who are at home alone during the day and in need of some exercise, playtime and potty break. I will take great care to make sure your dog is secure when opening the door, take your dog on a walk for exercise and to do their business, spend a little time with your dog when we get back and make sure they have water, treat and/or food upon request. I’ll even play some calming dog music while I’m spending time with them.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life although I have had the opportunity to work with them as well in recent years. I have worked at a groom shop/ boarding facility and that came with a lot of handling the dogs and taking care of special needs when it came to the boarding. I’m comfortable with walking all kinds of dogs. I’ve worked with a lot of off leash dogs, prong collars and e- collars as well as just normal leash and collar. I have a dog my self. She’s an 8 year old bully mix. She’s a super hyper girl so I understand the need to get the dogs out. She’s reactive to other dogs so I am comfortable with dogs that you have to keep your head on a swivel and letting them enjoy a nice walk as a well. With the boarding facility I would walk the dogs regularly and do potty checks as well. I have a dog and 2 cats my self. They always eat breakfast before I do obviously. I will take my dog on a walk in the morning, if I’m not running any errands they will just hangout with me all day. I have a horse and I ride other people’s horses so I go to the barns and mess with them and all the other critters involved. I work at a restaurant as well from 4-10 about 3-5 nights a week. At my home I have a fenced in yard and about 20 walkable acres. I have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle as well.

About: Growing up in an animal loving family, animals have always been a major part of my life! I have always known a life where cats and dogs are apart of it, and are expected to be treated with love and respect. My goal for taking care of animals is the same way I am with any human - to leave them feeling more loved than they did before I came into contact with them. About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

About: I’ve been watching dogs since I was about 8, I’ve been responsible for bathing, giving medicine and making sure they are well loved while owners are away. I specifically love the ability to care for the furry ones you love when you cannot devote the time needed or wanted for them! I am currently in nursing school so my schedule can be wonky some weeks, but my usual availability is 1-6 most weekdays and usually between 8AM and 9:00 PM on weekends! I have a Malshi (Maltese shihtzu mix) he plays mostly In our backyard as well as with my neighbors German Shepard, we live on a 1 acre plot.
