Since I am a student completing school online, I spend a lot of my time at home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and dedicate plenty of attention to the pets in my care. I love being able to take breaks from studying to spend time with animals, whether that’s going for a walk, providing companionship, or keeping them on their normal routine while their owners are away. My own dogs are a big part of my daily life, so caring for animals already fits naturally into my routine. I understand that pets thrive on consistency, attention, and feeling comfortable in their own environment, and I’m happy to provide that extra love and care when you can’t be there.

For dogs, this can include walks with time to sniff and explore, playtime with toys, basic training, cuddles, or just relaxing company\. I adjust to their energy level, whether they’re active and playful or prefer a calm, slower pace\. For cats, I follow their lead\. Some enjoy play and interaction, while others prefer quiet companionship and space\. I take time to understand each cat’s personality and what makes them most comfortable\. I also like to include simple enrichment like toys, puzzle feeders, brushing, or just being present with them so they feel safe and cared for.
