One of my cats needed eye drops three times a day and Jordan was a pro. He also handled a power outage and fridge leak very well. My cats absolutely loved him, and you can tell he genuinely cared about their welfare.
Kylee did such a great job with our two pups. We needed a last minute sitter for an 11 day trip and she was able to come do a meet and greet immediately. Throughout the trip she made us feel like our dogs were well taken care of and sent update photos. She did exactly what we requested and came at of the time frames we needed for the dogs. Bethany was amazing, we felt completely at ease leaving our baby with her. She asked all the right questions at the meet and greet, kept us updated daily with photos, and added such thoughtful touches like a toy and printed pictures. This was our first time using someone outside of the family to watch our 13 year old dog. We needed someone who could stay at our house while we were gone because our dog wouldn't do well in a kennel type of environment. We were told about Rover by a friend and when I looked, I saw Warren's 5 star reviews. We had him come by and meet our dog and see if it he would be able to provide the care that our dog needed. Afterwards, we were convinced that Warren was the right one for the job. During our trip we were sent pictures of our dog and updates. After our return, we found that our dog was doing well and we were more than satisfied with the job that Warren had done.
