My family and I have fostered cats and dogs and provided hospice care for a dog with cancer (1 year) until she passed. I understand all breeds and their unique energy needs and activity levels. Medical care and aging limitations would be understood and can be tended to with your pet care needs.

Tiffany and David were willing to watch our dog with only a week's notice for 2 nights. They took excellent care of our Maybelline and provided a photo showing Maybelline enjoying being pet. We ran slightly behind picking up Maybelline, and Tiffany and David accommodated. We greatly appreciate their flexibility and service and will absolutely use their services again in the future.
Duke and Lucy had a great night with Tiffany. She arrived exactly when she said she would, kept us posted as to the evening's progress, and was very responsible and responsive. Will definitely using again when we go out of town.
Tiffany and David seem to be very nice couple. They were pretty fast at communication and were nice and sent a picture of Leo while they had him.
MrZ's behavior was like he never left. No doggie odor that you have with kennel boarding. I would use David & Tiffany again.

Schedule
I work full time M, T, Th, F, Sa 8am until the deliveries are complete (can range from 2pm to 6pm). When I am not home, there are other family members present (spouse works, dad is retired). In the afternoon and evenings, my children will be attentive to any animals kept at my home. I enjoy connecting with all animals. Our weekends are more hectic with soccer season in full swing. Some weekends we may be elsewhere in Virginia with limited care depending on the weekend, April through June.

We have a small fenced in yard with the ability to take your pet out for long, short, or frequent walks. My kids would provide any extra loving and attention while your pet is in my care. I kept a friend's cat for a week. When that week was up, her cat didn't want to leave. Whenever I visit them, the cat finds me to snuggle while I am around. Animals can sense the love and kindness within our family.
A typical day
My kids will help in keeping your pet entertained, loved, and exercised. We can visit dog parks, walk leashed at local parks, and enjoy drives about town.
