“Great experience working with Amanda. Very personable, did great with my dog, awesome communication, it was everything I could ask for. Look forward to working with Amanda again!”

“Ronnie was wonderful in all ways. She was always on time, if not early. Communication was full of great info about her sessions with our dogs, and we got lots of photos and videos while we were away. From the moment we met her, our dogs clearly loved her.”

“Kathy took really good care of my Snickers <3 This was my first time leaving her alone and I was nervous, but it went well and she seems very well taken care of. I’m so happy about how this went and will definitely ask for Kathy again in the future!”

About: I have always loved animals & have had many different pets throughout my life since childhood. I started my first job in the kennel of a vet clinic in 2014. Since then, I’ve worked in multiple other veterinary kennels, a few doggy daycares, and spent a few years managing the kennel for a breeder. I also have about 3 years experience as a veterinary assistant, so I have met all kinds of personalities! My husband is a business owner, and I do his bookkeeping a couple hours a week. Stepping in for pet owners who have busy schedules is the perfect way to spend my free time! I have a fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence. My dog is friendly with other dogs and cats, my cats unfortunately are not friendly with other cats, but they are dog friendly.
“Taylor did a fantastic job and was super friendly to me and my pets! I left an extremely long note of instructions and tips, etc., and she followed them like an absolute pro. Thank you so much!”

“Wonderful and attentive! The first person we have trusted with our babies since moving here! If my cats like her, she’s great (they don’t like many people) Will definitely book again!”

About: As a pet owner from birth, I don't know a world without loving animals. Whether it be your fish or dogs I will treat them with the utmost respect and patience! I have two dogs of my own, a morning walk before work and a late evening walk after dinner are musts for my pups. Let me know your routine and we will stay with it! I have a large fenced in back yard for my boys to play, friends are very welcome! I can crate and keep your pet separate if need be though!
“He accommodated his schedule to fit out pet’s needs. Kept communication and wrote daily updates on my pets! Plenty of pictures which I loved. I appreciate his knowledge and willingness to work with exotic animals! We appreciate you”
About: I’ve had a variety of animals in my home and loved them all my life! I love serving animals and providing them with the upmost respect and care. I’m a veterinary assistant so I have vast knowledge about cat & dogs medical needs. I can confidently administer medications, including insulin. I can provide care almost anytime on Mondays and Friday’s. I work Tuesday-Thursday 10 hour shifts but could potentially provide care after work at 6pm. Reach out about weekend availability. I have two very sweet cats at home that do well with other dogs. I have a “fear free” approach to care provided in your home, including animal pheromone therapy, patience/gradient touch, food motivation, respect of boundaries and positive vibes.

About: My approach to pet care is rooted in adaptability. Whether providing a high-intensity trek for an energetic puppy or a gentle, patient stroll for a senior companion, I tailor every outing to the specific needs of the breed and temperament. With a personal daily average of 15,000 steps, I am undeterred by the elements and committed to maintaining your pet's routine with professional consistency. From powerful working breeds to delicate companions, I provide a reliable, high-standard experience for every dog in my care. Pet care is my primary focus, allowing me to offer exceptionally flexible and open availability for your feline and canine companions. Because I do not have a traditional 9-to-5 commitment, I am able to fully integrate into your pet’s established schedule, ensuring they receive meals, exercise, and attention exactly when they expect them. I pride myself on being a reliable, full-time presence, undeterred by early mornings or late evenings, to maintain the consistency your pet needs to thrive while you are away. I exclusively offer care within the comfort and familiarity of your own home to minimize stress for your pets. I approach pet sitting with a high level of diligence and a detail-oriented mindset, taking the responsibility of following your specific household routines and safety protocols very seriously. Whether it is adhering to a precise medical regimen, maintaining strict leash safety during our walks, or providing quiet, intuitive companionship for your cats, my goal is to provide a secure, high-standard environment where your pet feels prioritized and safe.
“Rachel is amazing! As a pet sitter myself I was very picky when looking for a sitter! She is very knowledgeable and did great with my Doberman that has really bad anxiety. She is willing to learn how to take care of my reptiles for the future and wasn't overwhelmed by the number of animals that I own.”

“Ruth was wonderful! She took great care of our three fur-babies! The animals loved her- she fed, played, and loved them like they were hers. Ruth texted when she was concerned with anything and sent daily pictures- capturing some of the best pics of our babies :). We will totally use her again for any trip we have coming up— even if it is overnight.”

About: Hello, my name is Sophia, and I’ve grown up in a household full of pets, both big and small. I have extensive experience with cat and dog sitting and truly enjoy caring for animals. Throughout college, I cared for pets of all kinds, including puppies. I’m very active and love spending time outdoors, so your pets will receive plenty of attention and playtime. I’ve built lasting relationships with regular clients over the years and am always happy to care for returning pets, giving you peace of mind while you’re away on trips or outings. I recently graduated and currently work remotely for an internship, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m able to spend plenty of time with pets throughout the day, even while working on my laptop. I’m not someone who sits still for long, so your pets will receive lots of attention, care, and companionship. At home, I currently have one cat and three dogs who are all very loved and well cared for. As someone who enjoys being outdoors, I make sure my pets get plenty of walks and activity even when it’s cold or raining! We also have a backyard and access to a nearby park for extra fun. When caring for your pet, I would ensure they are well fed, comfortable, and fully adjusted to the routine you set, so they receive the care they need to be their happiest.
About: I’ve raised 2 dogs of my own since they were puppies and one is now a senior. I have received many compliments of being the best dog mom but I am also a very attentive and responsible pet sitter. I have taken care of cats and dogs alike and I truly love and care for them like they are my own. I have plenty of time to care for your pets during the day or evening. I am more of a morning person for sure but I am very flexible. I have a fenced in front and back yard which makes it easy to let dogs outside. I am also very active so walking or running is no problem.

Landis cat parents share their Rover experiences
Amanda is absolutely amazing!! She gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was safe, happy, and well cared for while I was away. I came home everything in perfect order. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring!

Ellie has watched our cat several times now, and she is continuously reliable and wonderful! We had to leave for our trip during a boiled water advisory, and Ellie was so kind and accommodating to follow the recommendations once lifted, to ensure the water was flushed and clean for the cat to drink and for hand washing. Our cat loves Ellie’s visits because she gets lots of pets and attention! I highly recommend Ellie as your next pet sitter!!
