“My second time having Lyndsey come to check on my cat Peter while we’ve been out of town! & this time was pretty last minute so we really appreciate her being available. Peter is always excited for her to come he runs right to the door! Box, food, water, treats, attention ✅”

About: I have taken care of so many animals in my life. I’ve always rescued animals and we have kept them. When I got married, my mom took them and now I have one sweet cat Storey! All animals have my heart! I have dog / cat sit multiple times. I just recently left my full-time job as a infant teacher. I am six months pregnant and just needed a little stress removed from my life so I am available at all times! I will follow and respect all rules that they have. I am a rule follower! I care for pets would love just like I would a human honestly!
“I’m very happy I found Carmen on Rover. I know my dog Arena loves people and being spoiled, but she’s usually very nervous around new people at first. Carmen has been incredibly patient, giving Arena the time and space she needs to feel safe and get comfortable. I truly appreciate how great she’s been during this first week, checking in on Arena while I’m at work. I fully trust her to take my pup on walks and care for her.”

“Emily went above and beyond caring for my cats while I was out of town. One was recovering from an injury and she made sure she got her medication and ate and drank well. Couldn't recommend Emily enough!”

“Kateryna was amazing! So attentive to our fur babies and gave us pictures and updates each time she dropped in. Highly recommend her and will definitely rebook in the future!”

“Suzanne was great! My dogs loved her and appreciated her going in the yard to play with them. My three dogs can be a handful. One of my dogs was on pumpkin and rice mixed in with his food due to some stomach issues and she made sure he got everything he needed to feel better. I will be using her again!”

“Kelly was the most amazing caregiver. She truly worked to understand each pet’s personality and give them the attention they needed. I will definitely be contacting Kelly again, should the need arise.”

“Ruth was wonderful! She took great care of our three fur-babies! The animals loved her- she fed, played, and loved them like they were hers. Ruth texted when she was concerned with anything and sent daily pictures- capturing some of the best pics of our babies :). We will totally use her again for any trip we have coming up— even if it is overnight.”

“Devan was so patient and sweet with Myka! She was super communicative, and always made sure I knew what was going on, and that Myka was comfortable and happy! Definitely will be using her again!”

“We love Katy, she is amazing person all around and cares about out pets. Both Loki and Hatchi adore her, she is great with both of them and we have zero worries knowing they are in her care. Would recommend 100 percent to anyone and everyone!! :)”

“reached out to Addysin at the last minute for drop-in visits for my dog, Arena, and I’m so grateful she was available. She was easy to communicate with and took great care of my pup! I will definitely reach out to her again in the future. Arena and I are very happy with Addysin! 😊”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life, from growing up with multiple large farm dogs to now taking care of my small dachshund–chihuahua mix. Being around such a wide range of sizes and personalities has made me really adaptable and confident with different types of dogs. What sets me apart is my patience and attention to each pet’s individual needs. I have experience caring for senior dogs and pets that need extra support, including giving medications like pills, eye drops, and ear drops. I’m also very mindful of routines, knowing how important consistency is for keeping pets comfortable and stress-free. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and building trust with them- It’s not just something I do, it’s something I look forward to. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, cared for, and at home, while giving owners peace of mind that their pet is in good hands. I am currently on summer break and I’m looking forward to committing my time to pet sitting! I have a completely open schedule for the next few months. At home, it’s me, my grandma, and our small chihuahua mix, Romeo. We spend a lot of time outdoors in our yard gardening, relaxing, and enjoying the summer, and Romeo loves being outside with us. We also take short car rides to a nearby park for walks and a change of scenery. Inside, pets have plenty of cozy spots to relax, including crates (if they’re used to one), quiet corners, and my room for extra comfort. I always make sure pets are supervised, safe, and sticking to their normal routines as much as possible. I’m mindful when introducing pets to Romeo and will always prioritize a calm, safe environment. If your pet prefers their own space or a more relaxed pace, I’m happy to accommodate that too. For care in a client’s home, I’m respectful of your space and will follow all instructions closely to keep your pet comfortable in their familiar environment. If your pet enjoys a calm, loving environment with light activity and lots of attention, they’ll fit right in here 😊

Ashley did wonderful for my 3 scaredy cats! This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and I was actually very nervous about the whole thing, but it ultimately turned out wonderfully and my house was in pristine order when I returned. Ashley made sure the cats were well taken care of while I was gone and I would totally hire her again next time. Thanks Ashley!!
