About: Hi I'm April and I am ready to sit your pet. I have had pets all my life and my own dogs for more than 20 years. I have 4 pets -2 dogs and 2 cats - whom get along with each other and other dogs. My large yard is fenced in and is perfect for playing fetch. I care for my children's dogs when the come to town. Sometimes my house has 5 dogs with no issues at all. I work during the week but my weekends are usually spent playing with my pets. I can do pet sitting, boarding or just visiting. My children are all grown so my pets have become my children and I will treat your pet the same way.

I have house sat before, done drop ins for friends and have done dog walking for my neighbors. I do work a majority during the day(M-S). But I am available on evenings(except for Thursdays). About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 7 years old. I trained 2 Shitzus and 1 Chihuahua from puppies, and cared for them until they passed. I have skills in bathing, walking, grooming, feeding, and administering certain medications. I am very compassionate and will care for your pets like my own. I work full time, but I work a 10 minute walk away from my apartment, so if I am watching your pet at my home, or if you live near me, I can make afternoon visits for walks, feedings, or company. I leave my apartment around 10a and arrive back home around 6p on a normal day, but I can make afternoon visits as well and I can even work remotely some days. My schedule is very flexible, so I can make most things work as long as I know in advance. I have no pets in my apartment currently, but my apartment is pet-friendly. I do not own any crates or other items, so I would need to have those provided for me if boarding your pet. My apartment has doors to close in every room to keep your pet from wandering if need be, but I also keep my space very tidy and neat, so nothing unsafe is within reach anyways. I do not have a yard, but I live in a very walkable neighborhood with a lot of grassy spots for your pet to enjoy and utilize. I also have a fenced park nearby if they like to run around and play.

About: I’ve taken care of my childhood dog for 15 years up until the end. So I’ve worked with puppy stages and loving runs until enjoying a slow stroll. I am a very active person usually getting 15-20k steps a day. With summer approaching I’d like to enjoy more time walking outside.
