About: Dogs have been a part of my family since childhood. My sweet dog, June, passed at the age of 15 last year. I have a loving home, great yard, and daily walks to share! I have experience with small to large dogs, including rescues and puppies. I work from home several days a week, and have open weekend availability to give your pet love and support while you are away. I walk everyday, even when not hosting a pet. My home is accustomed to the routine and flow of having a dog in the family, so your pet will be loved and cared for like family while you are away! I have a large yard, with very quiet neighbors around me. It’s a very peaceful, open place for animals. My previous dog loved chasing the squirrels and groundhogs! It has never been fenced because I preferred to be outside when the dog was outside, and walks are my preference. Your dog will be leashed and accompanied for safety and support, whenever I venture outside. I can crate your pet if that provides security. I have a comfy, quiet home with a large front window for watching neighbors go by, if your pet loves to lay and watch the street.

“We had Erin watch our two cats for the first time while we were away on an 8-day cruise, and she was fantastic! Erin is super friendly, lives nearby, and works at a local vet clinic, which gave us extra peace of mind. She was incredibly attentive and made sure all the basics were handled perfectly: food, water, litter, and plenty of playtime and love. What really stood out was how she handled an emergency. One of our cats managed to get stuck inside a dresser, and Erin immediately rushed over, got her safely out, and then stayed with both cats for a while to make sure they were calm and okay afterward. Her quick response and caring approach made us feel so relieved and grateful. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with a cat sitter. About: Hi I'm April and I am ready to sit your pet. I have had pets all my life and my own dogs for more than 20 years. I have 4 pets -2 dogs and 2 cats - whom get along with each other and other dogs. My large yard is fenced in and is perfect for playing fetch. I care for my children's dogs when the come to town. Sometimes my house has 5 dogs with no issues at all. I work during the week but my weekends are usually spent playing with my pets. I can do pet sitting, boarding or just visiting. She took it slow with Bella and soon Sierra had her eating (she has NEVER eaten a meal when we are not there with her), going for walks, and napping. “Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

About: I’ve always been the person my family and friends went to and trusted to watch after their furry ones while they were away. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of who I am. I currently have five pets of my own: three cats and two dogs, and they truly mean everything to me. Because of them, I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets like family. During my junior and senior years of high school, I attended Harkness BOCES for Animal Science, where I gained hands-on experience in grooming, safe handling and restraint, CPR, medication administration, and understanding animal behavior, along with many other essential skills. I’m currently continuing my education in animal health and behavior to build a career dedicated to caring for animals and being their voice. I’m comfortable administering medications as needed and have experience working with pets of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I'm currently a full-time student so my schedule is very flexible and I'm more than willing to easily fit pet care into my weekly routine. About: Grief has allowed me bond with dogs. They are so loving and caring. My dogs get me through the day. They recognize when I’m having a rough day. Wake up, get outside. I always make sure my large dogs rest before and after eating. Do not want their stomachs to flip. Walk my dogs every day no matter the weather. The exercise and fresh air is great for all of us. About: Dogs have been a part of my family since childhood. My sweet dog, June, passed at the age of 15 last year. I have a loving home, great yard, and daily walks to share! I have experience with small to large dogs, including rescues and puppies. I work from home several days a week, and have open weekend availability to give your pet love and support while you are away. I walk everyday, even when not hosting a pet. My home is accustomed to the routine and flow of having a dog in the family, so your pet will be loved and cared for like family while you are away! I have a large yard, with very quiet neighbors around me. It’s a very peaceful, open place for animals. My previous dog loved chasing the squirrels and groundhogs! It has never been fenced because I preferred to be outside when the dog was outside, and walks are my preference. Your dog will be leashed and accompanied for safety and support, whenever I venture outside. I can crate your pet if that provides security. I have a comfy, quiet home with a large front window for watching neighbors go by, if your pet loves to lay and watch the street.
