She watched our cats over the blizzard Christmas weekend, and went out of her way to make sure our boys were still very well taken care of even despite difficult travel, etc. She somehow managed to figure out (without us telling her) that our one cat loved bubbles, and that made us so happy to know she tried different toys and put effort into her time with them. Because travel was delayed and difficult, she kept a very open line of communication and was very quick to respond to our worries about the storm, made sure we still had heat, etc. Can't recommend her enough!”

“Would I book Haley again? I already have! Haley is fantastic, she went above and beyond my expectations! Haley took AMAZING care of our three senior dogs, who have special needs. One of my dogs needs to have his bladder expressed due to a spinal injury, Haley went out of her way to learn how to express his bladder and ensure his comfort. Haley gave the dogs ample outdoor time, shared photos and detailed report cards throughout the day which gave us peace of mind. You can tell when your dogs had their basic needs met vs. when they also had enrichment (play time, cuddles, etc.), my dogs clearly had enrichment with Haley taking care of them. The dogs were happy and content when we returned home, they hardly missed us! Cannot recommend Haley highly enough.”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for family and friends for the past three years. I am a pet lover with a caring heart and am very glad to play, walk and care for pets as I am away from mine for school. I have a medical background and am currently a medical student. I am currently a student at Jacob’s Medical School, with classes primarily in the morning but lots of flexible, free time in the afternoon and evening. Gina was excellent. She went beyond what I would expect. In addition to the daily feedings and litter pan maintenance, she offered to take out our kitchen garbage when it started to stink up our home while we were on vacation. She also let me know when one of the cats had gotten sick on our carpet, and she offered to clean it for me with our carpet spray. She brought in our packages while we were gone, too! That was not necessary, but of course it was appreciated! I loved that she sent us photos of the cat routinely. It was reassuring to see that they were doing well. I would highly recommend Gina. She was reliable and took the task seriously.
Kara was great with my beagle! We set up a meet and greet that went well! She helped us out when our other pet sitter had a conflict. There was a small miscommunication about the 1st arrival time but was quickly corrected. She did 2 drop in visits on a Saturday and spent an hour each time. Wore my baby out on the short walks and my pup slept great. Kara is very responsive and loving. Would definitely use her again!
