This approach persisted throughout my 10 days away while she stayed at my apartment to care for Iorek. Each day, I received adorable photos and updates written thoughtfully and with a clear intent to put my anxious dog-mom mind at rest. Christine ensured that Iorek’s routine was disturbed as little as possible, including facilitating play dates with neighbors (both dog and human). I returned home to a puppy free of anxiety or stress, and a tidy and clean home, all linens washed from her use and everything in its place. What a delight! I can’t say enough good stuff about Christine. If you’re lucky enough to book her, your pet will thank you! My future travel plans will always include Christine.”

“Loralys is seriously the best in-home sitter I've had on Rover, and I've had some great sitters. The difference is the amount of obvious love she showed to my dog, Pippin, which I think speaks to her love of animals, period. She texted frequently, sent pictures and videos, and in general made us feel very comfortable about leaving our fairly new rescue pup with someone else. In the videos she is talking to our Pip in a soft, reassuring voice, and Pippin was clearly relaxed and happy. She got to know Pippin at a time when I was also still getting to know her, which actually helped me, too. She goes out of her way to bring her own food, towels, etc. which with us, is unnecessary because we consider an in-home sitter to be a guest, entitled to use our things and make herself comfortable (especially if they are taking good care of our dog, who is an entitled member of the family). For others who aren't so inclined, they may appreciate that she does this.”

I am avaliable to check in, feed, and keep your cat(s) company. I am more than happy to send picture or video updates while cat-sitting! Feel free to be as detailed as you want to with required and prefered instructions because all cats like and dislike different things. I look forward to meeting your cats! I am currently a student with open availability Friday-Monday and limited availability Tuesday-Thursday. If you need a sitter for times on Tuesday-Thursday, we can work out a schedule so long as I have a few days heads up :) I am not offering at-home care in my own house at this time, but I am more than happy and willing to travel to you!
