About: Hello my name is Antonio. All my life I have been surrounded by cats and dogs. I love playing with animals and taking them out for long walks. Also, I am able to administer any oral medication or treatment needed for your furry friends!!! I am a middle school special education science teacher, so during the summer I am free. Mondays are my long days but other than that I am pretty much free any day of the week. I treat all animals as if they were my own, and I give them the proper care they deserve. I have a mini fenced in backyard but I may do walks around the block. About: I love long term stays and getting to know your pet but do any length. Will travel. Current grad student. I’ve done pet sitting for over ten years. About: Hi! Thank you for thinking about boarding with us. For 17 years I have taken care of a sensitive, high maintenance Italian Greyhound named Primo. He was my best buddy. We moved together a bunch of times from the city to his final home here in Ocean NJ. He was super sensitive to sound and people. He had a strict diet and didn't get along with all dogs. This didn't stop us from socializing him with other Italian greyhounds and small dogs with NYC Meetups and playdates. When we moved into our house we would try to make it down to dog beach in Asbury. For 10 years, Laura helped care for her parents dog, Gomez (a shepherd mix), when they were away. It was an outside dog and was a bundle of energy, always running circles and plopping down at your feet for pets and excited for walks on the Henry Hudson Bike Trail. Now that Primo and Gomez have passed on, we have found that we still have love to give to furry friends. We'd love to host your best friend and take care of them the way we have cared for our family pets. Laura and I both work full time from home, with Laura only commuting to the office 3-4 times a month. I can walk your dog twice a day or just let them our into the yard. If they prefer to be outside, that is also great. We've lived here for a couple of years and installed a fence for our child, Rami and the late-Primo. The house has exterior security cameras, and a fenced in yard that can be locked. We can offer 2 walks a day in addition to outside yard time. We'll provide plenty of attention and pets as well! About: I was raised alongside litters of puppies and my life has revolved around animals ever since. My family consistently had 8-10 dogs in our home, ranging from big dogs like labs or American bulldogs to smaller dogs like French bulldogs or terrier mixes. Unfortunately, I know the feeling of coming home from a trip and realizing that some little things were unattended to by a friend I'd trusted with my pets: the water fountain was half full, the litter box hadn't been scooped in a few days, their 24/7 bird streaming YouTube video wasn't on (lol). Of course my pets were still fed, but it didn't feel like they were cared for the same way I would have. I promise that won't happen if I am entrusted with your pet. I am very good at noticing and handling those little details, even if you forgot to mention them, because that's what I would want. That said, I am great at following pet-care instructions, and I'll surely feed, walk, play with (and love) your furry friend according to the schedule you set out.
