About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. Robbie and Flora. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised Bruce, a rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June 2025 but he will always be my companion at my side. For some time I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Sometimes from here to there, carefully, comfortably, gingerly. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or caring for an older dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. If it could be all I did, all the time - I think that I would like that just fine. I’ll need a heads up at first to secure prep, but after that I could spend virtually all of my time with your companions - needing only to stop momentarily for supplies. Generally, boarding an animal at my own home is a much bigger ask, if it’s to be overnight. But then it’s fairly simple. Massasoit State Park is half a mile from my house and offers a great destination - all the dogs I’ve taken care of and brought there have loved it. At a home that the pet is used to is really a non-issue, (it helps if the owner is there when I meet the companion in question). Overnight and for extended lengths, though - it would only be a matter of making sure I’d have what I’d need for the length of time, so I would need just a little prep time.

About: I'm a cat & dog loving person who is looking forward to making many furry friends. I've had dogs and cats my entire life and know how to handle dogs small to large. I love going on walks and am looking forward to exploring new parks and neighborhoods with the dogs! Im very aware with pet food allergies, am comfortable with giving pets medications, care for senior pets, and pets that may be a little bit shy. About: I have been a veterinary technician for a long time! I have recently changed careers and have been a student again. I miss being around fur babies and I would love to have the opportunity to do it again! I started my career with animals in a shelter and moved into the veterinary field. I have had too many foster animals of all types to even count! I am completely confident in my skills weather that be behavioral, medical, age specific, etc. My own pets are all over the rainbow bridge now and I deeply miss these interactions. About: Love both cats and dogs. Love both species..I am available from Nov. 15th thru May 1st in Florida and in MA from May 15th thru October 31st.. I have a very good repour with both cats and dogs. All my neighbors have animals, mostly dogs, and they all have taken to me. People that have animals need someone to care for their pets and love their pets just as much as the owners due and it's very important to find those special type of people and I think that I am one of those persons. Love them all and care for them like their human beings and sometime they are! My daily routine depends on what the animal requires of me. Walking is very important to a dog and they like to get out and smell their surroundings. I will take dogs out if needed by the clients during the day or whenever needed by them. Two to three times a day if needed

About: I've taken care of many dogs since a very young age. I also have my own dog that loves company. I have a large fenced-in backyard for your dogs to play. I also love taking the dogs for walks! I work from home, and I'm able to spend lots of time with your pet and send you pictures and video updates. I currently work from home so I have lots of time thru out the day. I think all pets should have the chance to stay in the comfort of home and be cared for while their owners are away. About: I am a current college student home for the summer who loves and understands how to take care of any type of dog. As a current owner of a boxer and a pitbull, as well as owning multiple boxers over the years, I know how to walk and take care of dogs big and small. I am willing to pet-sit overnight and multiple days a week and am willing to give any sort of medication the pet needs and fulfill their needs as instructed. I currently work part-time as barista at Star Drive-In, and the shifts are short, which gives me free time to take care of your pets! I work 3-4 days a week, and my schedule comes out weekly, but if requested I will be available and work around my job for your pets needs! I am a current boxer and pitbull owner. I have been walking the pitbull around my neighborhood since we got him, and he can be a handful, but my family loves him all the same. My boxer, unfortunately, has a heart condition where the vet advised against walking him. We have owned both male and female boxers who are great around other pets. I will care for any of your pets needs, and will make your pet happy and entertained when sitting.

About: I have experience with dogs of all ages stages and styles! I grew up being a part of the training process with multiple dogs throughout my childhood and into adulthood. I have also owned several dogs of my own, all of which I trained and raised exclusively. I can manage medical care including CPR/1st aide, seizure control, wound and surgical aftercare, geriatric care as well as dogs with special needs and handicaps. With over 6 years of boarding kennel and daycare experience you can rest assured I am ready for any situation! I currently own my own dog care business, so I have loads of flexibility and can be available for all of your pet care needs. I live in a wonderful neighborhood that is very pet friendly and excellent for walks! I do not have a fenced in yard but it is safe, grassy and level. I do use long lines and or tie outs if necessary. I have two dogs of my own so our home is already dog proofed. We welcome pets in all rooms, on furniture or off! We use baby gates and crates as needed and always with a positive attitude.
