About: Hello! I've enjoyed working with animals for all of my life. I have lived in the Champaign area at various times over the past 10 years with my father. I have not had experience working on Rover before but I'm looking forward to helping pet owners in the area! I recently moved back from Japan, so I've been searching for temporary employment in the Champaign area before starting graduate school in the fall. I have time available during the day, evenings and on weekends to provide care for pets. I can follow instructions on what care you need for your pet! About: I am entering my 2nd year of veterinary school at UIUC. I graduated from UConn in May of 2023 with my bachelors degree in animal science and love any and all animals! I currently have 3 dogs- one hound mix rescue, one jindo mix rescue from Thailand, and a senior golden doodle. I have watched dogs and cats for friends and have experience giving medication, following through with training, and senior care. I have interned at a zoo and have had experience with exotic animals as well! I am currently participating in a summer research program with varying/flexible hours. Most days, I am there from about 1pm-5pm which leaves me flexible for all of the hours surrounding that! I am always sure to lock the door and bring the key with me when leaving for a walk and sure to lock up when I leave after the walk. I send lots of pictures to pet owners and I am sure to be gentle with your pets and update you every step of the way!
