About: I grew up in a house that always had 2-4 large dogs at any given time. I often took care of them including walks and grooming, and did the same for neighborhood friends and family members as soon as I could ride a bike. In the past few years, I've also spent a lot of time around and caring for cats. As a graduate student, I currently have evenings free to drop in on pets when you're having a long day! About: I have taken care of multiple pets at a single time while handling health issues in those pets. As well I have housesat for multiple cats and I love taking care of pets of any kind!! I have classes during the week which range in time but usually around from around 10-3 ish as well as working in a lab, but I can always make time for the pets! About: I have taken care of my own pets and other people’s pets my whole life (25+ years). I grew up with a rescue sheltie named Kali and watched my neighbor’s cats as a kid. After high school, I attended Purdue University to get my B.S. in Animal Science and gained experience working with animals of all varieties (small, large, wildlife, laboratory, exotics). About: I have taken care of my parents senior dog in my home while they were out of town. Helped a former coworker with her dog, also in my home, while she was out of town. I have helped a friend of mine with their senior dog + 4 cats in their home as drop in visits while they were out of town. My morning routine includes leaving the house by 7:00 AM to take my child to daycare or school. Camila was amazing! My cat, Samy, need multiple medication every 12 hours and she took great care of him. Samy even hid under the couch for one of her visits but she managed to get him out and give him his medicine. Samy seems to have warmed up to her and started greeting her at the door when she arrived.
Dannie was fantastic with our cats (and with us!) Over the course of a week she took care of our 2 cats, feeding, water, litter, play, etc. She provided nice daily updates. She even got pictures of both of our cats (one was easy; the other tends to hide from strangers, so it's impressive that she got him to come out enough for a shot or two). Overall, Dannie was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
Faith is a wonderful, trusted dog walker. We have two large dogs who are reactive to other dogs and do not like strangers. Faith is very responsible and did fantastic with both of them. They love her and listen well to her. They get excited as soon as she enters our driveway. Faith follows our instructions and is a great communicator. She also understands dogs very well and is very observant. She sends a message if she notices that a dog behaved a bit differently than they usually do. Our family very much appreciated her help and we will miss her after she graduates and moves elsewhere.
