About: I have extensive experience taking care of dogs and cats. I've been taking care of pets in a house-sitting context for the past 16 years. I am extremely responsible and caring and will always put your dogs/cats/pets first. I love spending time with animals and I am happy to follow your instructions very carefully in order to provide the best possible care for your pet! I have experience caring for dogs with lots of energy and the need for long walks/park visits and I really enjoy taking them on these adventures! I have a special relationship with cats, where I am able to communicate well with them and befriend them easily. I am also great with plant care and keeping the house clean and in order. About: I traveled in a van for many years and before I got Richard, I cared for over twenty dogs of all sizes and temperaments all over the country. I still travel by van and offer in-home pet sitting anywhere around the American West. When I lived in Tucson, I volunteered at the shelter and fostered dogs. About: Just an FYI we can only sit for dogs that are 30 lbs or smaller, due to HOA rules in our condo complex. I have had and cared for a dog most of my life. About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for over 9 years and absolutely adore being around them. I can work on basic trainings for puppies, play hard with them, or give them the long walk they need. For senior dogs, I love to give them all the snuggles and pets they need :) seeing them happy makes me happy. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
