About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I currently own two cats, and a horse. I’ve been responsible for the care of horses, goats, llamas, dogs, and cats, for my family as well as friends. I work in Santa Fe and have flexible hours. I can care for your pets midday, as well as morning and night, and spending the night for housesitting requests. I do not offer pet care in my home (my cats take a long time to adjust to newcomers). I can feed and take care of your animals at your residence

About: I’ve been around dogs of all shapes and sizes most of my life with various health issues which I’ve been fortunate to learn from. I’ve been raising a now almost 3 year old Rottie pup (Raja); well-versed in training through positive reinforcement and happy to support any training that you are working on while your fur baby is in my care! I send lots of photo updates (I know how daunting it can be to leave your baby with a stranger), and I am always a call away for peace of mind. Know that your pup will be treated as family and very well loved while they are in my care 😊! This is currently my full time gig while I work on becoming a certified herbalist so my schedule is pretty flexible for playing or walking with your pups! I am available Monday-Friday with some weekends depending on the week. I am currently only taking home visits or walks as I get my outdoor area at home more situated! Safety and trust are very important to me, I will never put your dog or myself in any questionable situations, and will make sure our activities are suited to your comfortability. Water and treats are always on hand (let me know of any allergies they may have).

About: I traveled in a van for many years and before I got Richard, I cared for over twenty dogs of all sizes and temperaments all over the country. I still travel by van and offer in-home pet sitting anywhere around the American West. When I lived in Tucson, I volunteered at the shelter and fostered dogs. I will work with the schedule and routines that your dog is used to so they feel safe and secure while you’re away. I’m also an avid hiker and would love to take your pups with me on outdoor adventures if they are up for it. Also happy to take short, gentle walks. I take excellent care of the spaces where I pet sit. I will clean before I leave and will respect your privacy or any of your preferences that we discuss ahead of time.

Safety is first and I will communicate with you to make sure your dog enjoys their walk and has all their physical or medical needs accounted for. Having two of my own dogs I know how important it is to have peace of mind! My background in addition to pet care and sitting has also involved working with herding dogs on ranches as well as many years of horse, goat, and chicken care! Animals have always been a part of my life and I look forward to using my experience to help you and your animals. SAFETY, COMFORT, and FUN are my highest priorities! I work as a full time artist and walk dogs part time. Typically Sunday through Wednesday are my available days! I’m happy to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. Safety is the priority. Before any walks I will check with you about any safety concerns such as whether your dog has behavioral issues, escapes out the door or out of their collar, or any joint pain or physical limitations they may have. I will tend to stick to routes they are familiar with as this is usually the safest route.

I also have experience with dogs and have had dogs since I was a child, so I’m no stranger to their needs! I will treat your fur-baby like my own - exactly the kind of treatment that I would want for my own cat while I’m away! I am a remote worker, so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to check in on your kitty or pup and stay a while! I ensure a proper meet-and-great with both human and pet so that there are no surprises and the kitty or pup has time to acclimatize.

About: Growing up and not having pets only made me love them even more as an adult! I have pet sat for many friends, including overnight and enjoy it each time. It’s like spoiling your nieces and nephews but in furry form. Pet care is just a bonus for me, it allows me to love on furry friends, as I do not have any myself. Simply because my housing does not allow it. Weekends are ideal but if it’s stopping by and checking in in the morning or evening, I am absolutely available! The great thing about animals is they can sense the kind of person you are and if they like you or not. Respecting a pets space is just as important as a humans space. I’m like their aunt, I’d spoil them with walks, pets, treats and lots of cuddles!
