About: I enjoy caring for animals and have experience with cats of all ages, kitten to senior. I've had cats my whole life and have experience with bottle feeding, medication administration and diabetic care. I also have experience with dog sitting and walking. I've been volunteering with a local rescue since 2019 and I'm passionate about helping animals find the perfect home and live happy lives. I'm currently working part - time so I have lots of availability during the week for morning, afternoon or evening hours and I'm available every other weekend. Please let me know at least 1-2 days in advance of your needs. I'm able to cat sit at my home or yours! Dog sitting, I can come to your home as often as needed for bathroom breaks, walks and play.

“She was very communicative and responsive! Took great care of my dog and was very sweet with him. I would use her again!”

“Margaret came to the rescue when we needed her! On short notice she was able to care for our Rocco and in inclement weather to boot! What a trooper!”

“We hired Amber to walk our dog every afternoon for 2.5 wk. Amber was punctual, cheerful, very gentle and careful with the dog, who liked her. Communication was good, particularly during difficult weather. On two days, we knew in advance that we had to change location for her to park her car upon arrival, and that went very smoothly. We will definitely have Amber on the top of our list for any future pupcare needs!”

“Excellent with Kozey!”

About: Volunteering at shelters and owning an array of pets throughout my life helps me understand fully how to care for a creature. I've never turned away an animal and have worked with nursing birds, rodents, bunnies, and kittens back to health after rescuing them. I also love working with exotic pets like amphibians or reptiles, but mainly I board and walk dogs! I'm very good at reading body language and training stubborn dogs, and working with animals full time would be a dream career. Right now I'm studying premedicine / ecology at UA and taking care of animals over the summers to save money for school! Going to Albany on the 24th! Until then I can board, but afterwards I'm switching my location and removing boarding from my services as I'll be on campus. Large yard with electric fence and 2 extra collars for a medium dog. Home with 3 accessible stories, dog food, treats, litter box, toys and plenty of enrichment. Dog beds and human beds for sleeping, large safe neighborhood for walks!!

About: I've been around animals my whole life and can't imagine it any other way! I've always had cats and dogs and care for them with so much love. I grew up with corgis and have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Right now, I have two cats, a long-haired dachshund, and a Jack Russel-Chihuahua mix who keep life interesting! I've also cared for guinea pigs, a mouse, a bearded dragon, macaws, and lived with a pet snake growing up. Whether it's a kitten or a senior pup, I truly enjoy spending time with animals and giving them the same love and comfort they give us. I would love to be a friendly face your pet can feel safe with while you're away! I currently have open availability and a very flexible schedule. I'm seeking full-time work, so right now I'm available any day of the week, including evenings and weekends. Your pet's safety is my top priority, in-home or out on a walk! I will follow any care instructions you provide and keep you updated as often as you'd like so you always feel confident they're in good hands.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs! I currently have three cats that are my babies! I frequently walk my mom’s dogs and am looking for more dog walking opportunities in the Fayetteville/Manlius area! I work a full-time job (mostly nights). I’m looking for a dog walking opportunity in the mornings or early afternoon! I am available for overnight care if needed. My work schedule is flexible. I would not be able to care for pets in my home, but I am open to care for them in your home! Like I said, my schedule is flexible.

About: Hi, my name is Micayla, and I love animals! I have owned dogs for 7 years, but worked with them for much longer. I currently have a super quirky Cavalier puppy named Sadie Pumpkin Waffles. We have completely obedience training, so I know how to keep control of your dog while on a leash, and how to give/reinforce basic cues. I believe we will have a lot of fun while hanging out! My schedule is quite flexible, as I currently work freelance. I can usually accommodate last minute bookings, however I do need to be home to tend to my own dog at least every 8hrs. While conducting drop-in visits, your dogs will get plenty of play time, pets, and snuggles. (And hopefully treats!) They will be let out for potty breaks, and/or taken on walks, then brought inside so that they can continue on with their day.

“Julie is amazing. She was super detail oriented on making sure she followed my pups routine, and made sure to give me lots of updates! You could tell the pups were having a good time too..lots of puppy smiles in the pics. Definitely recommend her!!”

About: I have had pets in my family for all of my life. Always dogs and cats, but also many different reptiles, birds, rabbits, ferrets, hamsters and both fresh and salt water aquariums. It is all too much work to keep so many pets myself, so I figured Rover was a way that my family and myself can share our love for pets with others’ animals. I am experienced with dogs of all ages from puppies to seniors. Special care or medicines are not an issue for me. I work evening hours, typically 3 or 4PM until 10pm-12am. My wife works 8am- 4pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and works from home on Monday and Thursday. We have two responsible teens who also help with our pet care. Someone is almost always home throughout every day with the exception of up to 2 hours in the afternoon. I have a fenced in yard and an 8 year old dog who loves to play with other dogs. She enjoys when our friends bring over their dogs and she gets to run around in the yard with them. We have a gate to use in the stairs in case the dogs want or need a break from one another. Visiting pets will be kept in the downstairs of the house so the cats have a safe place upstairs. Most of the fenced in backyard is covered by cameras for your peace of mind. As an added bonus, my daughter has a dog agility course complete with jumps that she loves to run our pup through. Your little friend will get plenty of exercise. We also live on a quiet dead-end circle that provides a nice leash walking area with minimal traffic. As far as caring for your pets on your home, I will follow your instructions precisely and leave your house as-is.

“Gabbi was on time and communicated very well. She and Sadie had a good walk and some pets during the visit. Gabbi has a good manner with Sadie - and with us! We’ll definitely use her services again!”

About: I have had responsibilities of taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I have experience raising a pup of my own, but also caring for injured and elderly dogs as well. I am able to administer medication, and assist older dogs with mobility issues. I understanding the importance of trusting someone to love and care for your dog, and I would love to be the one you trust! I am currently working from home full time, so my schedule is flexible to be available and give your dog all the attention they need! ** Will accept 2 dogs from the same house! Just message directly and I will adjust to book them both My job is full - time but I work from home allowing your fur baby to be my main priority. I have the flexibility to let your pup out hourly if need be, walk/play with them at lunch (typically an hour lunch). I have a large fenced in yard where your fur baby can run and play all day or lounge in the sun! I am active outdoors so your pup would receive at least one walk a day!

“When my dog, Stu, was still with us, Valerie demonstrated time and time again that I could trust her with my best friend when work/school kept me away from home. This was especially true as he got older (he had issues with incontinence, poor vision, and hearing loss) and required a lot of patience and TLC. I’d trust Valerie and highly recommend Valerie to take care of your furry friend and know that they are in the best care possible.”
